Lots of convenient, covered parking. The spacious layout and thoughtful floor design make for a pleasant shopping experience. Floor staff were excellent. Went for waterproof shoes and bought the Mark’s brand windriver boots which fit incredibly well. Walked 4K in the rain next day and didn’t think about my feet once. Dog-friendly, too!

The girl with short hair and glasses at the front registers was really nice and helpful. Exchange process was smooth and i was done and out in less than 10 mins :)

Marks, it’s like the Canadian tire of Canadian clothing and work gear. Huge selection of safety gear and boots. Casual clothing etc. online shopping is even better with easy store returns possible. Lots of covered parking at this location.

Selenah really kind i cannot express how nice she is helping me througout my shopping experience. She helped me from the entrance until i found a specific pants that i need to work. she is super nice. I feel so lucky to start my day seeing her i love her vibes too. 🥺

The staff was excellent. The manager was very accommodating. I returned items that I actually used ....socks and boots....they were both defective and there were no issues on them giving me a full refund...just make sure you keep your receipts.... Great customer service. 100 day guarantee on boots...make sure you remember that and keep the receipt...when you purchase a pair even when you've worn them.... because the rubber boots actually leaked after one month of use...they'll give you a refund or return it for another pair...:) that's great....

I receive boot vouchers from my company annually and have always had issues using it at other branches because they didn't know how to process it and rather made me look like a Kyle. This store knew what it was and processed it promptly. I'll stick to this store every new year.

Clean store, always helpful & plenty of parking

I walked out of this store much taller than when I went in. It was a refreshing and uplifting experience. Even if you don't get the high quality work boots like I did at 30% off, you will feel absolutely buoyant when departing. Only thing I might suggest is provide a courtesy chunky chocolate cookie upon checkout.

Came in today looking for women's winter and rain clothes. The amazing ladies at the front, valorie and loveleen were amazing and so helpful and kind. The customer service was unbelievable and very appreciated!! The absolute very best to you two ladies in the future!!

Ive passed by this place quite a few times over the years while shopping next door at Canadian Tire. The first time i went here on a monday afternoon to purchase a rain jacket for my 80 year old father. The older gentleman in the back was very helpful, I ended up purchasing two other items based on his recommendation.

Had an item the wrong size and called around. Selena at this store was the most helpful. She was brilliant and patient on the phone, and made ran all over the store helping me track down items.
