Got fantastic customer service from the guys out here in Burnaby - much better than Broadway. Especially ben, gave me a bunch of really useful information - found me a great deal - and just over all had a great attitude. If I could tip, I would have - clearly the show is being run right at this location.

The people here are super knowledgeable and take the time to help you get exactly what you need. You want a $7,000 laptop? They got you. You want the bang for the buck CPU cooler that fits in a SFF case? They’ve got it covered. Hands down the best place for computer and hardware-related purchases.

Went there today. Awesome service compared to The Hackery. Not only did I find my hard drive case but I got a Goku Black giant funko. Thanks Navid and Tommy! :)

Great service. My tower was smashed moving to BC, and the Tech was able to rebuild my computer with an additional Evo m.2 2Tb since the motherboard was damaged. It's been a year since the rebuild, and it's working perfectly. We bought all of the components in a Canada Computers in Montreal about 5 years ago for the original build. My son was 13 years old at the time. It's one of the most fulfilling things we've ever done together. Thank you Canada Computers

I've always loved Canada Computers and NCIX before that.

The high number of empty shelves is very worrying, like business is struggling. Which would be a shame to lose such a great brick and mortar. Online sales is getting out of hand.

Fantastic service. They provided more then needed assistance when I came back to get some M.2 screws for the SSD I bought a few hours ago.

Kevin at service dept is super helpful and provided very supportive advice to customer. Same day finished the system build which is amazing and allowing me to give surprise to this desktop's end user. My son is so happy and exciting. Thx again Kevin.

December 2023 ~ I recently bought a new Lenova lap top at Canada Computers for a better price than Best Buy. After working on it for a few days transferring files, etc., I needed help with some account problems and went back to the store. This place has everything that I need for a desktop computer build as well as upgrading my wifi network and tv. Have been helped by Tommy for my pc parts and sorting out my wifi “dead zone” problem.

The crew here is great. They've helped alot with troubleshooting older systems, and building new ones. It's a massive store too, carrying things you don't find at most brick and mortar computer shops like gaming desks and chairs. My go-to computer place now.

My new Corner store for satisfying my craving for Tech candy, but easily the size of some big box vendors down the block. Wow. I knew what I wanted to buy before going in and thanks to the highly knowledgeable and attentive CSR named "Maggie" I stuck to my limited budget and was efficiently processed. My thanks to you Maggie. I can't wait to return with a handful of cash, and an afternoon to shop the thousands of high tech bits and bytes for my next home build.
