I am writing as a very satisfied customer. In Dec when buying a wonderful pair of Gunni boots from the Rooney store in Montreal, I inadverntently took the wrong size. Not only did Adele from that store put aside the proper size so they would not sell out, special thanks Adele, the support team made my shipping process for return easy by supplying the labels. Today I recieved and have already worn, my beautiful and stylish boots. In addition to the wonderful merchandise carried in the store, such follow up treatment is what keeps customers coming back. Merci!!!!!

Great small higher-end boutique in Old Montreal. Smart, curated selection of streetwear and normcore brands, some solid home items (books, candles). Service is on point, website experience is good as well. Shopping is laid back. I like that there's not too much, just the right amount. I pass their store front all the time, and drool over the latest APC, Nike, or CdG.

This store has one of the best if not the best customer service experience I've ever had.They went above and beyond to make sure I received a limited pair of sneakers I had ordered.The best!!!
