I bought a stainless stell work table for my bakery. I've been seraching for this type/ size and it happened that it was on sale. The employees were great! Mr. Jocelyn was super helpful and brought my box to my car and helped me load it in. I really appreacite the time they took with me.

I love this place! I go in to pick up a cheap tarp and come out with $500 worth of tools I didn't know I needed. If you are a rural homeowner, prepare to spend a lot of time here. Ironically, they don't have a particularly large amount of car stuff (except tools). It's hard to describe exactly what they do sell. On my last visit my purchases included a set of fireplace tools, a TV Antenna, a drain hose for my clothes washer a hatchet and a bunch of tarps.

I actually go in, pick up the printed circular and go back out to the car to read through it and come up with a game plan.

It's a man's store tools and more tools its great I will be back prices are reasonable so far one photo I will post more next time

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a long time!

We bought a cement mixer from another princess auto and unfortunately, the mixing blades weren't the correct size for the unit we had bought. I called the Laval location and they let me know there was only one other mixer like ours in Canada and it was in Saint-Jérôme (we're from Ottawa).

After calling the Saint-Jérôme location, they put it aside for me, took my number and said they'd be calling me back. Shortly after, someone called me back (I believe his name was Derek, or Daniel, wish I had remembered) and agreed to send me the right blade right away via courrier and this guy was on.the.ball!

It's honestly the best client experience I've had in many years. Great service!

First time in Princess Auto in St Jerome, wow! Excellent service clientele from Judy, she went above and beyond excellent service. She stayed and made sure all sale items I had on my check list were found (floor stock to back-truck bay area). I came for one item @$17.99 temperature forehead checker and ended up spending close to $200 lol. That’s service and Niome at the cash was also friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work, merci et Cheers!

Finally in Quebec! After years of going to Princess Auto in Ontario and New Brunswick I'm glad to see this store in operation. My biggest problem is convincing friends and co-workers that such a store exists when I describe the inventory. They don't believe me. Exasperated, I end up challenging them to go into a Princess Auto and NOT buy anything. No one who has called my bluff has been able to. It's like a Dollar Store for guys!

If the americans have Harbor Freight well this is a somewhat Canadian version of their multi/tool/discounted business/industrial icon. Princess Auto has long been in every other provinces other than Quebec and finally, after multiple prayers for a cheap "whatever" surplus dealio store, it has arrived (a while back i might add, just wanted to sound dramatic).

That particular store has very clean aisles and friendly staff. As it is a discount/surplus store however, do not assume that something you see on the internet will absolutely exist at your "local" Princess Auto location. You must remember that even if they have stock items like any other store, many other items are ephemeral in their apearances and availability.

Princess Auto is the greatest store to create yourself some needs and spend a little extra than what you planned! It is so nice to have a POWER FIST-filled garage after all (Princess Auto's own name brand)

I am thrilled one finally opened in Quebec. So much better than Canadian Tire. Word on the street is that Santa's little elves have a factory workshop in the basement, and christmas is right around the corner!

I have no idea about store service, but guys on receiving very friendly. Was on hwy truck, little bit hard bilut they ready to help
