Everything was good besides the dry french fries and cold ... I was there at around 16h30 .... maybe it was left on the rack for too long. The employees could and should verify the quality of the food.

My food was hot, employees were incredibly polite and smiling.

I've been going to that particular McDo for quite a few years and the customer service is great. If something isn't right with your order all you have to do is draw their attention to it and voilà the problem is solved. I love, love, love McDonald's.
