Best bookstore in the area!! I went in to browse and came out with the greatest book recommendation! Read it in a week, bought the sequel and the prequel shortly after. The staff really knows their books and can make excellent reading recommendations based on what you tell them. Amazing atmosphere and a variety of books. A must visit for every book fan or anyone as they have a great selection of non book items as well ;)

Black Bond Books Ladner is a true treasure trove for book lovers. Warm atmosphere, great selection, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And located in a great area with nice shops to visit.

I like this store, me and my family come often to see and buy kids book and knitting books for me.

The staff at the Ladner Black Bond books are awesome! They know what to recommend for a wide range of interests and they make sure that you leave with the book you're looking for or something equivalent. Author events occur quite often and it's clear they love the community they serve. I'm so glad they are here in our town for all to enjoy!

Books are really cheap, much lower than Chapters and Indigo, but its a small branch, so don't expect to find a rare book, but they are more than willing to order one in for you from their warehouse. Delivery to the store is really fast, I think it's twice a week.

I love going to this bookstore. The staff is really good with helping you find books and order books if you can't find them. They are also reaaly nice when helping.
