OMG..... best ever store manager in Rhonda. Last fall, I had an issue with a BGE warrantied part. It was coverred but shipping was going to be expensive. I had hopped that it could come up with a family member passing through, that had not yet occured. As she put her order through she noticed my part was still there and had the vendor add it to her order for shipping. ALL without me having to do anything. This lady knows what customer service is!!!!

Went into the store looking for outdoor planting stuff. The garden center was tidy, organized and well stocked. I don't know much about gardening and was assisted by a store associate Nancy. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and hilariously funny. She definitely made my shopping experience a delight. Would definitely recommended this store. Give Nancy a raise! She deserves it.

I married a painter. So what can I say, I love changing my interior colours and Tasha in Paint Dept is excellent with helping me in all of my many missions! Always willing to help, patient (with me this speaks in volume), kind, and knowledgeable! I recently brought in the most difficult paint type from elsewhere to be matched and she nailed it by thinking outside of the box! And the item she helped me choose was by far better than the previous elsewhere product! I know this store is blessed to have Tasha as I always notice she is multitasking and doing several jobs at once! Very helpful staff member took me around store to show me what kind of lanterns or lights were available. I was preparing for Hurricane Fiona and needed something in case power went out. They even went for D batteries to show me the light intensity. The best assistance I've ever received in Home Hardware....any location. 😄👍👍👍👍👍👍

WOW! I just finished talking to my 91 year old uncle and I have to share this story about the wonderful staff at this location.

My uncle, who is a veteran and in a wheel chair went to buy a new BBQ from the store in Greenwood. The gentleman helping him was very good and made the process of selecting a BBQ that would suit his needs very easy.

The sales rep asked my uncle how he was going to get the BBQ home and my uncle said he was hoping it would fit in the back of his SUV. The sales rep grabbed a tape measure, then he noted the dimensions of the BBQ and went out to the car to see if it would fit. As luck would have it the BBQ would fit but there was no room for my uncle's wheel chair. So how was he going to get the wheel chair home?

No problen says the sales rep I'll take it in my car. Unbelievable, this guy didn't know my uncle but he offered to take the wheel chair right to his house.

But wait, it gets better, the sales rep grabs another guy and when they get to the house they unload the BBQ from the car and put it on the deck. Talk about going the extra mile and what an absolutely awesome demonstration of customer service!

I'm sorry I don't know the names of these fine gentlemen but all I can say is thank you so much for doing what you did. You made my uncle and his caregiver's day with your kindness. It was a great act of kindness and respect and I can assure you that you have a customer for life in me. Furthermore, I will tell everyone I know about this wonderful story and share it on social media.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, really nice store. They know how to jazz it up.

An employee by the name of Susan went above and beyond to help my husband and I by tracking down part numbers, calling the manufacturer, and answering all of our questions last night in a curtious manior. It is nice to see that good customer service still exists out there.
I am writing this review in recognition of that service because I feel that good service should deserves as much attention as bad service.

Was disappointed. I was looking for a ceramic casserole dish. They do not sell them. Not as much home stuff to buy anymore.

They have a large selection of nuts and bolts in bins that you can pick individually and if they don't have it the staff are very helpful in ordering it
