Drove an hour outside of my area because the Greenwood location had what I needed. It was a very positive friendly experience, lots of knowledge. Glad I made the trip!

Awesome staff and superb customer service! The only Canadian Tire I shop at. Very rarely is the store out of stock with any item.

There were quite a few of the item I wanted. The staff put the item in my cart for me. They were kind and helpful.

Canadian Tire has really started pulling it together in the last 10 years. The staff at my local store in rural NS are helpful and very friendly.

Was a great experience shopping at the Greenwood Canadian tire Store on December 12th 2023.

I had the greatest customer service I have ever experience in any Canadian tire I have shopped in. A young man named James went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much

I have never been to this store or Nova Scotia. However, I was looking for a replacement part that was only sold by Canadian Tire. I literally check the website and specific locations across Canada, from British Columbia all the way to Nova Scotia. The part was discontinued and the inventory was incorrect at nearly all locations except this store.

To make things worse, I couldn’t order and have it shipped to another province as I was more than 100km away.

I took a chance and called the store manager to see if he can do me a favor. I asked if he could PERSONALLY ship the part to me if I ordered and requested a self pick up.

After seeming a little perplexed with my question, he said I’ll get back to you in a few days.

Once he confirmed the part was there, he helped get it shipped to me in Ontario.

All I can say is how grateful I am for his customer service and kindness to help me get the part that I needed.

You couldn’t ask for anything more from a customer service perspective. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

Huge shout out to Brad and Logan in the automotive department. Showed up with a dead battery and they helped me out so much to ensure I’d be on my way. Thanks so much and I appreciated the time they spent to help me.

Canadian tire Greenwood is always a nice place to stop by. The staff is dedicated, they don't hide from customers. The customer service desk work so hard everyday, it's always a 5 star day

The computers were down . The trainee in auto parts used his own cell phone and data to find my parts. good on him
