Ordered a pair of Jordans for my wife's bday to be delivered across the country from their Burnaby location. The associates on the phone were patient and paid attention to detail so that the right, authentic pair and size were delivered and on time. Even the online customer support was attentive. The girl at the front (I think she's the manager?) Was really helpful and kind. All my questions were answered kindly. Ended up buying more things than I was planning to. Damnit!

I love the lab because every time I come in the Xavier guy helps me. However sometimes he gets too friendly and I end up having to knock him out. Overall good deal
