I see all the low reviews , this was not my experience.
The Customer service I received from Muhammad (shaheed) was excellent the support I needed at the time of have my phone stolen , even suggested other security measures with Apple (IPhone) - thank you 😊

Hiren was very helpful and a very sweet manager, we initially came asking to port two lines but he gave us the best deal and we ported 6 lines. 100% recommend coming to this kiosk and taking his help!

Hiren and Nicholas were very helpful and gave me the best deal and helped me with accessories too. 100% recommend this kiosk over the other store in the mall, they were rude the employees name was romin. Whereas employees in this kiosk were completely opposite and amazing

Some weeks ago I went with my husband to this store as his mobile account is with Fido. We bought a new phone and needed help. A customer rep there name Kelly was awesome in helping us. She went the extra mile of transferring our contacts over, checked things over etc. That is real excellent customer service.

I got a new number from here the discount was great and the service was also too good specially the assistant manager hiren guided us throughout the process and helped us get better deal.

Me and my friend went there to buy a phone and the customer service was excellent and one of the associate (Waldo) has been of immense help in all aspect while we where getting the phone.

Fido screwed up blocking wrong number, but Bill and Samantha made a great job helping me out, also signed up for double data

Why should I spend my time to fix your mistake or problem?::

The sales reps working here are very dishonest and are not transparent with their customers. They promised US calling to get the sale commission and then when I got charged they are denying everything. These reps are diluting the brand image with their poor ethics. Please I highly recommend that you go to other stores and not this location unless you want to be scammed.

You can buy Iphones from apple store instead of going to this store.
I was looking for 256gb iPhone in blue,
They were not having it and salesperson told me no near store in BC have it and which was completely false. So I opted for 128gb instead.

This number is FIDO helpline for fido users!

Salesperson a big guy there, you might see him,
told me I have to take insurance if I need to get mobile iphone from there because my plan was $43 which is less than $50! So he added it by saying you have to get it!! I called FIDO and cancelled it! So I never recommend it to go to this store.

The worst service I ever had. Very rude and they asked me to wait for almost 40 mins. Fido should really provide proper training to their reps.

The price that I’m paying right now is not what they told me. I called and went to the story multiple times, they said they will fix it, but I’m still paying the unchanged price, which is way more higher than they promised. Literally scam.
