I was served fast and with a smile. Why is it that everytime I go to Tim Hortons out of Montreal I have the impression to be better served and that everything is faster and fresher? Either way I love my Tim Hortons coffee, I'm just wondering why its different from one Tim to an others, it should be the same service no matter which store we go to.

Fast service and great service... All the workers I have seen there are smiling when talking to you. The supervisor (Older man) is very nice, and even speak Spanish to me when he heard I was from Chile... I think best service is not always quality of the product, but also the customer service is one of the most important things to keep the business running and people happy.

I ordered her the other night asked if doughnuts are fresh she explained why theirs are fresh and others might not be. Very nice staff fresh coffee and VeRY fresh Doughnuts!
