The staff here today are being absolutely superhero’s! They are working so fast, efficient, and polite dealing with this crazy busy buy one get one free! I swear people are going out of the wood work for this! They are absolutely keeping up the best they can and doing amazing!

Staff at this location really have their customer service down to an excellence!
Emily (with the heart glasses) Carly, Micheal, Hayden, Christine, Rease, and many others that their names escape me. Although the food and beverage is usually great at every Starbucks, the staff here in Cobourg really do make a difference. Keep up the great work Starbies crew!

Micheal is the sweetest person ever, my friend ordered a drink she didn’t like and even though the store did nothing wrong micheal made her a new drink with no questions asked with awesome customer service. Micheal is a legend

Location is quaint and clean. The drive-through is always usually pretty quick.

However the reason for my post is due to the knowledge of the staff. I had asked a rather obscure menu question and the supervisor Jess were able to provide me with answers to all my questions and provide additional information on the product for me.

Reagan and the team she works with is absolutely lovely. When correcting a minor error, she was super friendly and accommodating. I'll return solely on how she treated me. Keep up the great work girl!

I love this Starbucks location! The drinks are always spot on and the staff are super friendly! Everything is clean and well stocked. It was a busy location and things were still moving. I’m on of those guys that enjoys asking questions of how their days going and anything positive. I’m in the a few times a week and enjoy switching up the beverages from time to time.

Wow! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Loved this location visit from out of town but I’m impressed with the atmosphere and service it brings a refreshing experience clean bright and beautiful people to greet you. Clean bathroom and clean lounge felt like home away from home. Thank you lovely people for your hospitality and hard work 🌸⭐

The baristas here are incredible - fast, warm, courteous, efficient… I could go on! Even when they’re backed up they keep you updated and work as quickly as they can. So happy Cobourg finally has a Starbucks!

So expensive but when that first sip of fluid hits your lips you forget about the poor financial decision you just made.

I’m not usually a big fan of starbucks but it’s a roadtrip staple. We stopped at this location for the first time and absolutely loved it. The drinks were made so well - didn’t taste like burnt espresso!! Kudos to the team there on Oct 7 in the evening. Great customer service as well!

I'm not generally a Starbucks drinker. But I'll go once a month to meet with a friend. This location consistently has friendly, happy staff.

My cup said they were happy that I stopped by. I guess I was also happy to be there.

I love coming here for my morning caffeine. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. This morning I was having a really bad anxiety day and when I got to the register I could barely talk. The cashier was so patient as I struggled to make my order audible. She didn't even seem bothered or annoyed. Another lovely worker who was mopping (she is always so friendly and her name escapes me ) made some conversation with me while I waited for my drink. By the I left my anxiety was gone. Thank you all so much for making my mornings great!
