Excellent service very friendly and sweet. The cashier was quite lovely and went out of her way to check on my order. Food was fantastic.

I became uncomfortable when the lady taking our order kept referring to me as ‘hun’ after every sentence. I’m not your hun. We spent $30 on melted ice cream and chicken strips so small they should be advertised as nuggets.

Bought the large size birthday cake. Friendly staff and did a nice job putting custom lettering on it. I also enjoy they're hot fudge sundaes. Recommend Churro dipped cones as well.

Fast, efficient service. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Washrooms were clean.

Very friendly staff even when they are extremely busy. We went inside to pick up an ice cream cake and although they were all busy taking care of the long drive through they immediately served us and were more than happy to write the birthday message on the top of the cake. Lovely smiling young employees in the Cobourg location.

Update: I was disappointed when chili dogs disappeared from the menu. I'm mystified that they are available at some stores and not others (this is not the only location that does not have them). On the plus side, you've hit a home run with a recent hire. I don't know her name but she has a a smile and a kind word for EVERY customer. I hope management recognizes the description, she's a gem.

I live three minutes away and visit location frequently but I have to agree with Vixen, it's a surprise when you get what you order. The staff is really friendly though, so I'll be back. Maybe I'll just say, "surprise me" when I order.

This place was very roomy and clean and well-designed. The counter look like granite. The staff were friendly. The only complaint I have is there is no Wi-Fi and the signal from the Tim Hortons next door was too weak to use. How is it possible to operate a restaurant in 2019 and not have Wi-Fi? I haven't done a survey, but I would suspect more people stop there to use the Wi-Fi than to use the washrooms. It is close to the highway and everything is cheaper if you get off the highway compared to stopping at the on route truck stops.

What can I say - you cant go wrong with a DQ Skor Blizzard ! Especially when you sign up and get the buy one get one free coupons every so often. I probably go here once a month or more. Orders always correct. Never had any issues.
It did make me smile the other day though - first time ever - received DQ coupons in the mail. Went to Cobourg DQ - closed for renovations. Luckily coupons valid until March 2018

I was just there and there was a woman with a cake in front of me giving the lady behind the counter a hard time, but the employee was polite and professional and was very pleasant to me. A great customer service experience, thank you!

Great food, good service. My son and I go once a month to eat and chat. It's a little pricey but it's worth the money. I love that they give our dogs free icecream 😁
