I’ve been working with them a year now.I don’t have too much experience with so many companies to compare them in every way but I can say this guys are good at professionalism and systematic work. I believe that no one or anything is perfect but you have to work for the things to be perfect and that’s what they do here. Everyone is doing their job to keep the system running hassle-free and this is the important part I believe. They look after their people and the equipment. Absolutely friendly environment from day one and you will feel everything I mentioned once you enter from the door.

I am a driver for transport N service and have been since February 2020.it can be a little nerve wracking coming to a new company but from day 1 I have been made to feel right at home. The support you get from everyone is amazing. The equipment is top notch always in great repair never worry about scales or inspections. I have been driving for better than 25 years and my biggest regret is I didn't start working here sooner. If anyone asks me who they should drive for I would say transport N service a nothing else.

I wanted to take a moment and express some gratitude. I always hear the praises from my customers about us but I don't always share. And this got me thinking about my time so far with TNS.
I have been working for Transport N Service now for well over 2 years. The team work I see with everyone pulling together when needed is amazing. This is one place where I have never heard the words..."that's not my job!" Everyone is always there to help, professionally and personally.
This is truly a "family" that shows up everyday and conquers the daily tasks. This is done in the office, in the back and on the road.
In my position I ask a lot of questions and never been made to feel dumb when asking. When I've asked for help I have always been offered multiple options and these have also been followed up with short management discussions to make sure I got what I needed.
So...Thanks Transport N Service. I appreciate you and I know my customers do as well.

Almost two years ago, I had a life changing dramatic moment. I lost everything except a few boxes along with my car. My previous employer loved my new situation as it meant I would be on road for months at a time. As time went on, I wasn't making any head way on rebuilding my life. I decided to take the advice of a trusted friend and made the best call of my life. When I joined Transport N Service it changed my life and my career for the better. Almost immediately, I started to see the difference. The runs were consistent, the equipment I was driving, was great and most of all – I was respected as a human being and not just some “driver”. Everyone at Transport N Service treated me like I belonged there… like I was a part of their family. From the owner, to dispatch, to the office staff. They all treated me with respect and dignity. Now just little after of three months of being with this awesome company, I now have a “home” to go to. I was able to rent an apartment and things are looking great. My life is moving in the right direction and my future is bright. Thank you everyone at Transport N Service for making this possible.

After a few years off, I decided to get back into trucking. I approached only the best. TNS is just on a level of their own. I knew that and was lucky enough to be able to join the team. Let’s just say that the reputation of greatness doesn’t do it justice. They are top notch. The service and equipment and staff and professional everything is a pleasure to be around. In a business where many do it wrong.... Transport N Service simply does it THE BEST! You can Imagine Real Service and you can get it from Transport N Service!

I work here. I've been here over a year now. Great place to work and great equipment.
May not be top pay like other company. I'm not in it for top pay. I'm in it for the respect I get from my dispatchers and the rest of the company and I give that same respect back.
Sometimes top pay come less respect and pushy dispatching.

At TNS you are not an employee number, you are the human being. They listen to you, care about you and help if you need to. Since the first day everyone treat you as a part of a family. The fleet of trucks is perfectly maintained on a daily bases and supplied with the highest quality parts and supplies. Therefore, there is no problem with any inspection station. The cooperation with dispatch is intuitive and smooth. I never waste my time waiting for load. TNS represents a high company culture on every level. I am lucky and very proud to be one of TNS driver's team.

I've been a driver here for roughly 3.5 years and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. Prior to joining this great team I was at a "larger" company for quite awhile. And it was a night and day difference. The other place you literally were a number (your truck number), at TNS everyone in the office knows your name.
And with regards to the 1 star review about pay. Sure there are other companies that pay a higher mileage rate. But when you don't see the miles, then the extra pay means nothing. I was at the top pay rate for 5 years at the last company I worked at. And I can honestly say I'm making $25k more yearly here at TNS than I did at my best year with the other company. Why? Because you sat waiting for a load, sometimes for 2 days. And in 3.5 years here, I've waited a total of approximately 6hrs for a load.
So I will take the lesser mileage rate with many more miles, less stress, and friendlier environment any day.

I have been with TNS for about a year and a half now and can honestly after working in the industry both as a driver and owner operator and for various companies the move to TNS was the best move i ever made. They treat everyone with respect and equality. At TNS everyone is family and treated as such. The equipment is top notch and the professionalism and integrity shown here is top notch. The runs are consistent and even in this time of a pandemic everyone is still working. I just wish I had made this move many years ago instead of waiting so long.

I originally started at TNS in 2003.
I started driving in 2001 and in that time have worked at a few places.

Every time I thought I'd find greener pastures I find it cannot be done.

From the Owners, management , dispatch, warehouse and most important, the shop, they work hard to keep us rolling in fantastic, exceptionally maintained equipment .

The owners are exceptional and beyond fair in my opinion and dispatch tolerate me so they deserve gold stars .

Cannot say enough about TNS and if I continue it may be misconstrued as me kissing ass and looking for brownie points which is not the case.

Truly a great place to work

I am a driver for Transport N Service and have been there since the end of June 2019. I have been driving for 19 years now mostly as an Owner Operator and I have been with a number of companies over the years. I can honestly say that this is one of the best companies I have the pleasure of working for. No company is perfect but I find this company goes the extra distance to keep their drivers happy.

September 1 2006 was the best day of my driving career, this is the day I became a family member at Transport n Service. These past 15 years were awesome, the next 15 will be even better.

Been here twice. Quick loading and unloading. They respect the drivers time unlike most logistic and freight companies.

As a freight broker I have been booking freight with Transport n Service for over 10 years, both to and from the USA.
True 5 star company !! Nobody brings it better !!

Great place to work!! Excellent equipment, always clean and well looked after! Everyone there is great to work with! All around great place to work! They look after their drivers.

In response to Denis' whining.i was the driver of the truck that morning.i have since left tns, however I feel as though your Google review was not warranted.i recall the day you are crying about.as a fellow driver I find it hard to believe that as soon as my signal light came on you decided to speed up to ensure that you could then slow down and match my speed in order to create a dangerous situation for both of us and all other drivers around us.one would think a fellow driver , Regardless of you were driving would have been able to recognize the situation I was facing causing me to feel the need to switch lanes . I put on my signal light with the intent of letting you know that I need to move over.i fully expected you to do what u did. That's the difference between us as drivers . I am a professional and look for hazards.you aren't professional and cause hazards.seeing as you chose to speed up and then match my speed without observing the reason for my needing to change lanes proves your ignorance and unprofessionalism .therefore you caused your own situation.so I suggest next time you feel the need to publicly condemn a upstanding trucking company for your ignorance and lack of common courtesy perhaps you will see the whole picture.hopefully I have opened your eyes as to how a professional driver should react to a situation regardless of how many wheels you are spinning.to anyone who read his review you can make your own conclusion. I am no longer employed with this company.ive moved on to bigger and better things.

I work withy Transport N Service on a weekly basis and I have to admit every time I use them I do not even bother tracing cause I know the job will get done and the team over there will update me if any issues ( never had any ).. If you have LTL in GTA or inbound to GTA I highly suggest using Transport N Service
