My girlfriend and I went there on holiday to see Charley Crockett, and I stopped by as they are one of the few Carr dealers in Canada.

Came in sweaty and wearing some rather plain Jane well-worn clothing. Lotta stores I’ve been in huff and puff when you ask to try anything “plus” Cher” looking like I did. The guys (Martin, Julienne and a 3rd gentleman) didn’t care at all and set me up to try what I was there to look at no fuss or muss. After great conversation and back and forth about the how I played and what I was looking for, I was floored by how many stores pale in comparison. Excellent store, staff and good humoured. Worth ordering from even if you’re not a Montrealer.

This is my favourite music store in Montreal. It has a vast selection of digital pianos and keyboards, both budget-friendly and upscale. Lovely atmosphere; great, polite and comprehensive team members who are very helpful but not invasive. The prices are very competitive, too! Highly recommend.

Everything you could ever want or need musically is here. The store is fully stocked with every kind of instrument and accessory, and the employees, particularly Diego and Simon, are uber helpful, super knowledgeable, and very friendly. Highly recommend this place if you are in the market for instruments or are simply looking for musical inspiration!

Had a great experience dealing with Jon and Dino on a trade. Great communication as I was coming from Ottawa for a specific Boucher guitar. Once I got to the store, Dino and the staff were extremely pleasant to deal with, gave me as much time as I needed to play it to ensure it was to my liking. I am a beginner who doesn't know anything about musical instruments.
Jonathan was very helpful and patient. He showed few guitars and helped me pick the right one for me. He was very considerate of my needs and my budget. Very honest and doesn't try to up sell.

We bought a guitar here for our youngest who is starting university. Johnathan could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or charming. He never tried to pressure or upsell us but was ready to answer any questions. We ended up finding a guitar they love within our budget. Highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. Fun and easy except. The employee who helped me pick out a guitar was very genuine and didn't upsell me or try and push any specific models. Being a beginner electric player I knew some things about electric but not much. Prices were also very reasonable for what you're getting.

It sells and support their customers from sale to after sale, including music school, for learning to play musical instruments.

Was just checking out guitar stores while I was in Montreal, and this was my last stop. It should have been my first.

The guys in the shop were so welcoming and were great with conversation. They actively encouraged me to try damn near everything, which if you've been in a music store is like the opposite of what they generally do lol. Sure you can try stuff but it's so rare there's a sales guy like "Yes please make noise, make my ears bleed".

I'll buy from these guys again next time I'm there for sure.

I went there with a goal of getting a beginner guitar for my wife and didn't had a lot of budget. The person started by asking a bunch of questions and narrowed it down to a few options, he was so precise and helpful it was amazing. Didn't tried to sell me anything extra or anything with a higher budget it was superb. I will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to buy any musical instrument or accessories. They have a massive collection and it's definitely one of the best places in MTL to buy.
