Travis was really nice and professional. He had all the information on all store item's. We needed a new fridge due to ours breaking but the people and price's were so good that we also purchased a TV. I would recommend.

Hi All
This week was a crazy week, my refrigerator went out, then the dishwasher. We had to go shopping for a new refrigerator at random and had just purchased groceries the day before. I have to say we shopped around for the perfect fit. We decided to purchase new appliances at ABC Warehouse and worked with Justin Borden. I have to commend him on his patience with me calling multiple times for two days staying on the line with me while I measure for the right fit ….we spent hours with him he was kind and patient while I tried to decide what appliances I wanted. I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help me with my situation. Justin worked a fantastic deal for us and his customer service was amazing. 🤩 Thank you Justin for being a great listener and helping me throughout this dilemma!! Needless to say I ended up buying a mattress as well…. So over due on that one … possibly that’s why I was ment to go there !! No interest special for two years with approved credit. Needless to say Justin turned a bad situation around quickly! I took my daughter back and she got a bedroom set and mattress! Thank you again! We are so happy we came in! Thumbs up for Justin 5 ⭐ would give 10 !

Moe was extremely great, spectacular, I talked to him over the phone, and I was on my way to the store within 10 minutes, he did everything he promised, and then some, great guy, very customer, friendly, very helpful, I will continue to work with Moe , It’s not like going to other chain stores.
Every time I visit ABC warehouse, I have a positive experience, I will continue to advertise for ABC warehouse and will many customers hopefully.

Helpful staff that do not wanna just sell you something but get you what you need. I bought a oven and the delivery people were quick and friendly without damaging anything. I will be a return customer.

Wife and I purchased a full Samsung appliance package. Due to COVID, suffered major delays but our salesman Wayne gave us the best deal and consistently checked order status for months. Manager Tony got involved part way through and was able to provide a loaner appliance due to extensive wait time. Very happy customer and grateful for these guys handling us so professionally. Great appliances and above-and-beyond service!

Mo was our salesman and he was great. Very honest and informed us of all the defects of certain brands. Helped us with all the options we were looking for as well. Wasn’t pushy at all and is very knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again when we go back to get more appliances!

Store Manager Joe was great to work with! He answered our questions and explained what we didn't know so we could make a good decision. Very knowledgeable and got us what we needed at a great price. Item came in next day and handled quickly. Store was clean and had plenty of products to choose from.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Moe during my visit. Prior to arriving, he helped my wife on the phone and took notes on what we needed/wanted. He was with another customer when I arrived, but he still made sure to greet me. He was well prepared for my visit and showed me a couple of options. He was courteous and professional throughout our encounter. He did everything in his power to make sure I was able to leave satisfied with a 5 star experience.

This business is amazing!! I called and as soon as I came in Moe was extremely helpful and very understanding of my financial situation and accommodated me and got me an unbelievable deal on exactly what I was looking for!! Not only that but he scheduled me for NEXT-DAY installment. But the most important of the entire experience was how down to earth and caring he was. Tony at ABC warehouse in Southgate was an incredible help! We had a problem with our washer and didn’t think we bought the warranty 4 years ago. He tried our names and phone numbers and finally found it under our misspelt last name. A replacement washer was out to us within days. It had a factory defect and was extremely loud but still works. We searched for a different model comparable to our original one and he allowed us time to do our research and make our decision, keeping the functional but noisy one the entire time so we could keep up with laundry. Today we presented our final decision and he already has it ordered and on the way. It’s frustrating for these expensive investments to not last over 4 years but it was great knowing we were taken care of when that happened. Thanks Tony!

I love ABC Warehouse! I've bought many appliances from ABC over a period of 40 years and have never been anything other than completely satisfied! The prices are reasonable, the appliances are delivered timely by respectful delivery people, and the extended warranty that ABC sells is second to none! I highly recommend ABC Warehouse.

Moe took care of me and my wife when we purchased our brand new washing machine. We managed to upsell ourselves into a larger machine than we had originally looked at. We will definitely be back when we need a TV and a bed. I have always had good luck shopping at this location.
