Tim Hortons

Efficient and fairly well run. Clean and quick. I ordered over the counter and the last working the register seemed to also be the manager. She offered me the combo when she realized I was buying enough to save ordering it. She was welcoming and had my order ready in minutes. Conveniently located too. The order was a bit of a mess in the bag, but I can live with it.

Great customer service with the hustle. Very clean lobby and the washrooms are Spotless!! I will be going back to this Tim hortons.

James on counter right now (1110am)very polite and trying to operate all front end by himself. While trying to fix an order made wrong w a sandwich. Seems to be a shortage of workers today & a trainee who had to keep stopping him from serving to ask questions. It’s impossible to train new employees at peak times. Possibly have them train on less busier shifts. The lack of respect I seen him deal with from customers waiting wasn’t fair to him. The Uber drivers are always rude waiting at side counters. What that driver said and acted towards ur team member was uncalled for.
Possibly have management visible on front end so customers stop treating all the staff poorly.
Other than that, great service and food

Very clean place. Always friendly service. Lots of staff. The dine in is kind of small but nice. They have pizza here but the price is a little high I think, almost $10 for one.

Honestly the time to go is before 6...the nighttime shifts are sometimes short of staff making wait times longer then desired...but in general a pleasant restaurant with very kind staff and above par menu.

Understaffed. But like someone of their items.

Service was very good. French vanilla was bit watery. Donuts and tim bits were good.

Like The Tim Horton stores my favourite coffee with the apple 🍎 fritters.

Everyone loves the coffee here. Not sure if they are lacing it with crack or if it's just that good.

Tim's has been struggling with trying to be McDonald's lately but you can't find a honey crueller anywhere else that feels like you are eating a piece of heaven.

This location is super convenient for me but honestly it's 4 blocks from another location.

I was there at 8:30pm, they had only 2 people working and inside was full and drive thru as well. I don’t know how managers let that happen but still big respect for those 2 people, they are working hard and doing great job.

The taller boy James is always nice and courteous, he is on the newer side but you would never know it with the great service he provides, I wish more workers were like James :)

Tim Horton is Tim Horton, it's like a part of you , go anywhere, anytime, it's like second home. The flavor of the place, decor , most importantly nice and enthusiastic folks behind the counter, every ready for service 👌👌👍👍

Ordered 15 items and it arrived immediately when he hit the drive thru window

Good service both the ladies working there were nice coffee was just brewed bagels and egg cheese muffins was amazing. Thank you.

I mean come on it's Tim Hortons! Need I say more?! Okay okay it's THE BEST PLACE TO GET COFFEE, personally I stay away from the food. I think it's meant to look better than it taste but that's just my opinion!

Special thanks for serving me as a walk up to the drive in window. I know it's not your policy but I guess I looked innocent enough. I had been given a ride to the nearby hospital and was walking home when I stopped for a bite.
