I recently stopped in, while waiting on an appointment and decided to grab a late lunch with my Mom.

As consistently true to the PotBelly culture, the team provided excellent service and a great food!

There was a sense of happiness in the building, with all the team members smiling and laughing while working together.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Food was AMAZING ❗

I had not had potbelly in a few years, and to know that it still tasted it as amazing as it did when I first tried it 10 years ago made me extraordinarily happy.

Potbelly is a great company, with great quality food, with hand crafted employees.

I’m visiting from out of town and after walking by a lot of places that are closed on the weekend, I was grateful to see Potbelly’s open. I ordered “a wreck” and it was delicious. Crispy bread, and awesome staff made this a 5 star review.

After my experience at the Dearborn location thought I'd never come back. Two totally different experiences!! Lashura has the very best customer service and I actually got a real sandwich! Didnt get a lot of avado on one side and the guy fixed it with no problem!! She told me to always come there they'd take care of me. Ill be back for sure! My food was great awesome experience!

Me and my brother came from Atlanta and walked into multiple restaurants but none of the service was like this potbelly's service!!!! Justin is the ultimate manager/employee!! Super genuine and professional!!!! Made my day!!! And remy makes a great sandwich!!!

Chicken pot pie soup is the best! Especially with the dream bar cookie. Staff is very friendly.

Visited here twice while on a business trip; once an hour before closing and another during lunch time..

Before close, they got us through pretty quick but lunch time can take some time (understandably). However I can say all the workers seem to do their best and are hard at work. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Solid sandwich place. The steakhouse beef is delicious. When there isn't anything particular you want, this is always a good choice.

I'm in love with their apple Walnut salad! One of the days I went Jamari and Justin were there and they did amazing. They hadn't had a break because people kept coming in and maybe they were short staffed. Yet they serviced everyone very well. I expressed my thanks for them still treating the customer with care and kindness! I know how I feel when I haven't had a break. They didn't take it out on the customer! They need a raise, because good customer service gained a repeat customer.

We ordered food for 25 people today and had it delivered from this location. This was 100% the best delivery/catering experience we've ever had. The driver was so professional. Timing was impeccable. The packaging and display setup of the food was perfect. The food was AMAZING. We didn't get a chance to eat for another 20 minutes after it arrived, and the sandwiches were still warm. I highly recommend this location for any meeting food deliveries you need!

This Potbellys has cracked the code of quick service. They can have a line a mile long and I never wait long. The food is made to request and I've never had issues. Every sandwich is perfectly toasted and delicious. The macaroni and cheese is usually creamy and tasty. I wish they would bring back the cole slaw!

This was our first stop after crossing the border and buying a phone plan at a nearby pharmacy. Free wifi helped us get our phone set up for the rest of our trip, and their subs were simply delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. An overall great experience. Thank you!

I placed an order for delivery through Potbelly's website. There was a mix up with Door dash that unfortunately caused my order to be late. I called the restaurant and was told the Mgr. was on the phone with them trying to see what happened because the driver hadn't showed up. The Mgr called me back to apologize for the inconvenience and said another driver was a mile away from their store and of they didn't arrive in 10 minutes she'd personally bring my order and that she was including cookies for free. The DD driver did come. She But Vickie the store mgr. STILL called me back to make sure I received my order! I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY by Vicki's kindness and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! POTBELLY YOU'D BETTER HOLD ON TO HER!!!!

This Potbelly location is a good one. Staff are nice and friendly and orders are done correctly. Best of all, the cookies are super good!

A great Potbelly location, featuring warm and hot sandwiches. This location never fails to disappoint and always provides good service. Don't be discouraged by the long lines, it generally moves very quick during the lunch rush.

Everyone was raving about the soup. I was out for the Turkey Trot and parade and they were nice enough to let people warm up in there. I am in the area a lot and will visit them to try the wonderful soup.

Staff went above and beyond to correct a delivery issue that was out of their control - very impressed and food was delicious!

Competitive prices. Great tuna sandwichthat I personalized with blue cheese and jalapeños. The curb side pick-up was on-time and delivered by a wonderful wait staff.

Go-to lunch spot when I am at our Downtown office. Everything is tasty, the staff moves quickly and follows specific instructions well.
