Sunset Point

Belle Isle is clean, friendly and fun now that the DNR is maintaining and patrolling this wonderful Jewel in Detroit. Plenty of parking, so much to do and easy to get to. Don't forget to go down the big yellow slide and visit the fountain and museum.

Love this place! Feels very cold even when it's 90 degrees in the afternoon but well worth it. Bring a throw with you and enjoy the sunset over downtown Detroit.

I love coming out here practicing my music, sometimes I even do sunset meditations with my music and have people just hang out with me watching the sun go down as I play in the background

I love seating at Belle Isle to meditate and clear my mind

A great view of the Detroit skyline and river. A nice place to watch river traffic and relax. The parking and restrooms make this a great place to start any visit to Belle Isle. The Scott Fountain is a short walk away and beautiful from this angle thanks to the reflecting pool and the cascade from the fountain down to the pool.

This is a perfect place to catch the sunset, sunrise, or to walk around and enjoy the scenery. It's a popular place, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Haven't been during the day but plan on coming back. A must stop for anyone nearby, passing by or traveling from afar.

This is a beautiful park! It's clean and has great views.

A great place on the small island, You are just few meters far from Canada, stunning views of Downtown Detroit and Windsor, Canada. A perfect place for Photography. This place is not properly managed these days. We can see lots of trace all around this park. Restroom are closed and dirt everywhere outside of the building. Vending machine are not working and empty. Enough parking spot and awesome atmosphere. Nice place to visit. Good for everyone 🙌

Sunset point is one of the beautifull place to see both detroit and windsor view. If anybody wants to visit detroit, it should be the must see. Along with you will good time around belle isle. A lot of gesse roaming around the place. Realy a good place for speding quality family time.

Whenever you come to Belle Isle, this is a MUST SEE! You can miss the aquarium or the conservatory, but you can’t miss the skyline of Detroit and Windsor! It will give some great photos
