i had the sweetest lady today serve me in the store front and she was kind and took my order with no problems my drink was amazing and i even asked how much was the ham and cheese croissant was and i decided since it was a bit pricey i wouldn’t take it and once she gave me my drink she surprised me with a ham and cheese croissant! It made my day i wish i got her name but five stars for sure !!!

I just came back from getting drinks just a couple of minutes ago and they just happened to cash out the register which is fine. I have card on me, but they were so kind to give it to me for free which is most sweetest thing ever will surely be back❤❤❤

There was an escalation during the last bogo and a lot of push back from customers. The employees handled it extremely well. Shoutout to Will, he was allegedly supposed to go on break and he advised his peers he was going to remain on the floor to assist the orders. I’ve been going here for years now & they never disappoint. Thank you for all that you do!

Very cozy environment for a quick coffee and light breakfast/snack any time of day. I often go here when I need to get some light work done and need a change of environment. It can get a bit busy and slightly noisy so not ideal if you need to take meetings or phone calls.

The drink surver was awesome they had just cashed out there cash and we were going to pay in cash a she took it but then she noticed she gave back the money and felt bad so she payed for it grates expirence ever she made my night

One of my favourite Starbucks! everyone is always so friendly & kind, great customer service. service is also fast even when the line up is long :) clean & spacious inside.
The only thing I hope changes in the future is the access in and out of the main parking lot, both ways is hard or impossible to turn to your left.
My new favourite is the apple crisp pat shaken espresso

It's a Starbucks, like many Starbuckses. Just glad we have one close by...

Upon going to this Starbucks a few more times, I do have to say the parking layout is not ideal, you'll know what I'm talking about when you go in the winter and it's a little busier...

In the winter and when it gets busy, you sometimes have to wait for cars to exit before going in due to the layout of the parking lot, it just a bit of a tight setup, not the parking stalls (they're pretty generous in this area compared to city parking) but where you enter/exit from is sometimes interesting...

Newly opened Starbucks, has all the options and very friendly staff who are well trained.

The staff is always so friendly and out of all this one’s always so quiet which is nice.

Best place to enjoy hot choclate with your kid❤❤ cozy companion on chilly winter nights.

Excellent service, good coffee. While I was ordering my latte, a girl from the stuff went out to play with my dog, whom I tied to the patio fence. Another girl brought him a treat. Very good customer experience.
I hope they build a pedestrian access to the coffee shop from the bike path at some point.

This is a relatively new Starbucks, but I find the staff friendly and fast. I generally take the drive through, and I've never had to wait long here. A good place to stop on the way into Ottawa.

I’ve only visited this location twice. But wow great customer service , both times my drinks have been perfectly made. And they’re are so friendly ,offering pup cups for my doggy both times. Will return whenever I get a coffee craving in embrun!

Fantastic location!! The staff are all absolute angles. The store manager K. Is one of a kind treating her staff like one of her own, reflecting in service.

Great spot to stop lots parking easy to get on and off the main roads. Great spot inside and outside for sitting and enjoying.

They have been friendly every time I went in. Orders are correct and everything tastes the way it should. The drive through lot is a little awkward to navigate.
