The best place I've ever stayed! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the hallway exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly charmed by the old-style slow elevator – a delightful, nostalgic touch. The room itself was stunning, with an artistic and thoughtfully crafted design, a pristine bed, and a wonderfully fresh scent.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The location is superb, within walking distance of several attractions such as the historic tunnel, the Aquatarium, and excellent restaurants. A truly exceptional experience!

This place is amazing. Incredible room and amenities. Was here for a fun reunion and staying here was the icing on the cake. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in my lifetime of travelling. Simply spectacular. Worth every penny. Total class and elegance.

The Rob Thompson did not disappoint for our staycation! The architecture and interior design are done so well. It’s simply stunning. There truly isn’t a single detail left unturned or gone unnoticed, down to the storage, robes and toiletries. Our stay in The Vault was so romantic and cozy. Loved the hot tub / patio vibes alongside the see through fireplace. Highly recommend!!

Perfectly located boutique hotel in the heart of Brockville. Our room ‘The Vault’ was nothing short of spectacular. Beautifully designed room with a private terrace with use of our very own hot tub to enjoy. A must try for those looking for a getaway from your every day routine.

I was in Brockville to attend a court hearing. This hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were beautiful, the location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again when I am in town.

I recently stayed in “The Vault” room. The room was absolutely beautiful! Cozy yet spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchenette was well stocked with everyday items such as dishes and cutlery, a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as tea pot and French press coffee maker. Coffee, tea, snacks and even a beer in the fridge were all offered complimentary to guests. The outdoor space was private, clean and comfortable as well.. the hot tub was there, but I didn’t end up using it. I highly recommend this lovely hotel, it was a wonderful experience!

This was our first stay at this exceptional hotel. Location Location Location, we could even watch the majority of July 1st fireworks from our room. No need to drive anywhere, walking distance to everything. Quiet peaceful stay, bed was super soft. Just the perfect stay for a wonderful week in brockville. Thank you.

Our experience at the Robert Thompson Hotel was absolutely amazing.
We stayed in the Vault Room, it was breathtaking right from the exposed brick walls, our private deck with hot tub, in/outdoor fire place, right down to the amenities, including the slippers.
Staff were very kind, courteous and take great pride in making sure the hotel and rooms are ready for guests.
You’re not only steps away from the waterfront, but in the midst of History.
Looking forward to our next stay🙂

48 King West ticks all the boxes. My suite was large and stunning and the attention to detail is five star. The location, in the heart of Brockville is perfect and the parking out back provides ease of access. The service was also five star. I had a few questions during my stay and the lovely lady who answered the phone within seconds of my call(s) was extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying at 48 King. It’s a gem.

Highly recommend - we stayed in the ‘Steam Punk’ room and it was well appointed. The entire building is well designed, room was comfortable and modern. Hotel is located a short walk from the waterway and lots of local restaurants.

Stayed in the Vault suite, absolutely beautiful room. No front desk at the hotel, but was able to call with any issues. Location in downtown Brockville was great. Look forward to staying here again!

This place way over exceeded are expectations. I don't think we have stayed in a cleaned place, ever. And the "Steampunk" room was just soo cool. Loved every detail of it.

Beautiful, extremely clean and perfectly situated hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Excellent dining, the waterfront, the famous railway tunnel, a number of bakeries as well as LCBO were all within walking distance. Perfect little getaway!!

My wife and I had heard about these rooms for a while and we finally booked one and had an amazing time. Rooms are gorgeous, beautiful design and architecture. This is an absolute must.

the place was beautiful and so wonderfully located. the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed at our fingertips. my grand parents and mother lived in Brockville and used to visit their as young children. we were there to bring my mother home to be buried with her mom at Brockville cemetery. also the building Rob Thompson Hotels held some history I was not aware of. my grandfather was a dentist in Brockville and he had his practice up on the second floor of 48 King Street West so it was like family history all around us. We would certainly stay there again as it was centrally located and quiet. We would love to try some of the other rooms. thank you for a wonderful experience loved it

Great location very close to the water and the night life. Such a beautiful/clean room with all the attention put in place to please the customers. I will not hesitate to come back for another visit. I gave it a 5 stars because it was well deserved.

Since I saw pictures of the renovations to turn the old bank building into a hotel, I have wanted to stay here. We finally did for a Valentine's getaway. It is everything I hoped it would be. We stayed in the vault, a really cool 2 story suite. We had a private courtyard with a hot tub. The two sided fireplace warmed the suite and the courtyard. A hot tub on a cool February night was delightful. The location is great. The check-in was so easy. The room was spotless, the shower is amazing and the bed was comfy. We will be back.

Immaculate room with the most beautiful atmosphere. The bed was by far the comfiest I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. They provided everything from wine glasses, corkscrews, to robes to lounge in after a nice long soak in the tub. Exceeded my expectation. Will be visiting again!

I was recommended this hotel and had never been to Brockville; but with just one visit we had fallen in love with both. The hotel location was perfectly on the corner of a beautiful downtown core. There was plenty of parking space and the room we had was beyond spacious and spectacular. We were welcome by a lady who was sweet and asked if we had needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Once arriving in the suite; we came to realize they had thought of everything to make our stay amazing. On top of experiencing such a luxurious and amazing hotel; we also fell in love with the city(even though the weather wasn’t the greatest). All to say, I HIGHLY recommend this place for an experience that is beyond unique

I can’t say enough great things about The Rob Thompson Hotel in Brockville. We had a group stay there for over a week and the staff were simply amazing. Any questions we had were answered immediately. The rooms were beautiful and very easy to access. Will be staying there again for sure! Very highly recommended.
