Café Sucré

We were on trip to Gatineau and stopped by Casselman, came across Café Sucré, it's really as the name 😄 The owner was so energetic and enthusiastic! Artistic environment, food is authentic and tasty. I enjoyed the Vege soup, salmon bagel, and berry smoothie chocolate cake so much! Want to come back again, and definitely recommended to all!

Stopped here on my way to Ottawa. Great place for healthy (or not so healthy) food. Also fantastic for the displays of local artists, super friendly staff and unlimited filter coffee.

I absolutely loved my food! Portions are perfect and it was delicious! I will for sure come enjoy a meal here again. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing! The gluten free treats (from Little Jo Berry's) are so yummy (not pictured - the donut I immediately demolished). My husband got a sandwich here (veggie with chicken and bacon added on herb and cheese bread) that he has not stopped talking about since he ate it yesterday. He keeps telling me it's the best sandwich he has ever had in his life. My husband picked our order up curbside and mentioned that the staff (or maybe owner?) that served her was so lovely and sweet. In previous visits we have also picked up a cup of Birch Bark Coffee which is very tasty and supports a great cause. We will definitely be back again and again. Skip Starbucks and hit up this local cafe.

This fabulous little place hasn't been open very long, but it's off to a marvelous start, namely because of its lovely and gracious owner (I didn't get her name 😭)
She is very passionate about her store, it's atmosphere, and her pastries, going out of her way to help us and describing in wonderful detail each item and unique qualities. She was very gracious, and paid attention to us, while staying tuned in to the goings on in her store.
There's a decent amount of seating
This place is very "kid-friendly", replete with a play area and kids books and games on the bookshelf (not just stuff for adults!).
There is a gorgeous old red velvet wood-framed couch.
The bathroom is apparently very cute.
There are some very lovely cups and saucers in her collection of "for here" dishware.

All of the desserts we tried were tasty and flavorful and not stale.
The coffee was hot and good and the refill was free (!!!).

I can't wait to go again.

Classy, quaint, delicious! Our first and certainly not last visit for lunch was a huge hit. We had lovely artisan sandwiches for lunch - fresh ingredients, great flavors, perfect portion and visual presentation was on point. Kind, attentive staff, attention to detail apparent in all aspects of the business and esthetically it is a wonderful environment to enjoy a bite, take in the art and have a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!

Amazing little café, a gem in Casselman! I first visited a month ago with my newborn, and was able to have a fantastic meal with exceptional service and food quality. The sandwich was sooo good and the rocky road style brownie was to die for. I decided to introduce my husband to this place and we went there two times last week. The manager/owner is fantastic and so nice! We love that we’ll be able to bring in our own containers in the future and the deserts are always amazing.We definitely will be coming again as this is our new date spot with the little one <3

A beautiful, bright location with a cozy yet spacious feel. Definately a place worth stoping into. My son and I had a delicious brownie and un chocolat chaud when we were visiting for a hockey tournament. I can see this place being popular with the locals AND a must stop by for visitors. I loved our visit.

Love going to Cafe Sucré with the kids or for some "me time". Amazing food and atmosphere. And amazing owner!

If Casselman is your coffee stop of choice en route to Ottawa or Montreal, take a few minutes and try this gem. Great coffee, innovative sandwiches, and delicious baked goods in a funky atmosphere!

Exceptional! Visited yesterday for the first time. Went back today with my wife for a very impressive lunch, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We will be back.

The desserts are life changing... I've traveled more than 7000 km this year.. never have I ever tasted anything like what these girls do

Super beau café, ce qui manquait à Casselman! Sara-Anne (Sam) est super accueillante et nous fait sentir comme si on arrivait chez quelqu'un qu'on connait depuis longtemps! Les cafés et les desserts sont délicieux, c'est de l'excellente qualité. On est allé pour la première fois hier et on y retournera bientôt, avec les enfants et de la famille.

C'est un café très sympathique et bien tenu. Il fait bon y passer du temps à discuter avec ses amis autour d'un cappucino. On peut aussi bien s'installer, avaler un espresso et s'avancer dans sa lecture et ses devoirs sans soucis.
