Tim Hortons

One of the always Clean branches after several stopping by at this location. It also has friendly staff . I just mentioned it as the quality is mostly the same in all branches but not the cleanliness!

I like Tim's Chilli and the grilled bacon cheese.

Staff is great, foods always yum, and our drinks are always perfect. Love this one as sometimes the others are too busy so coming through here is the quickest option.

Best thing about all brand name fast food locations. You know exactly what to expect. Only thing, the donuts selection was a little small :(

One of our favorite places to meet in town for a casual business meeting. Employees are really, really nice too. Thank you.

I came in a Saturday evening. Much better than other Tim Hortons in Vancouver. Friendly staff and clean table.

I went to meet a friend just chilling out on Saturday Sept 10, 2022. Left my purse and did not even noticed it till the next day. When I called in today, sept 11, I am so relieved to hear from the manager that my purse is in his safekeeping. I picked it up around 12:30pm. Everything is intact. I offered to reward the finder but the kind hearted manager said I don’t need to do that. In times like this, I’m so thankful to experience honesty being so real around us. 10 stars for Tim Horton’s MEADOWTOWN!!

Great staff, very patient. My groups order was hot and no complaints. It’s fast-food and a $3 egg sandwiches and coffee.
It hits all the bars that someone could expects for a cheaper fast food chain.

(That said: after sitting by the front for an hour, and listening to some of the meanest patrons... I want to make a point in this review to say I empathize with the staff -who I think should be paid more for having the patience to deal with rude and demeaning customers.)

This place is consistently good. A regular go to for me.

This is by far, the best TH I visit (and I do so regularly). The weekday morning staff are always friendly, very helpful and I like that they remember us well. They also are really good at keeping the line moving in the drive-thru which is important when you're on your way to work and time is a consideration.

Manager Ron really knows what customer service is.
We bought 3 medium chai latte from poco location and that all 3 lattes not up to the mark. We were driving towards maple ridge so thought of asking at Pitt meadows location if they can replace. Ron helped us out and made it perfect. Costumer service top notch.

Very friendly workers. Very consistent quality in food. My favourite Tim Hortons by far. One of the window ladies, Kiylaya specifically has helped me many a times and always with a smile on.

My local Tim's makes me feel Canadian when they see me everyday at some point for food or just a beverage......

I work nearby and come to this Tim Hortons regularly, I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with someone's customer service like I have with Laurie at this location. She is an absolute gem, always friendly, helpful and does everything with a smile on her face. You have a great employee and she's definitely the reason for my 5 star review.

Dear Tim Hortons, figure out the reward thing. I had a free coffee, but on my free reward, I didn't order a coffee or a timbit, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. I was okay with paying full price, I just asked about the free thing, and Christian here, still hooked me up with a free coffee because he hears complaints about the card all the time. I told him I'm not expecting my smoothie be free, I know it cost more, but even like 60 cents off the drink would have been nice.

The only reason why 5 stars is because of Christian. He kept customer service excellence alive. It was just nice.

My friends and I are horton's drinkers and we all stop there quite often, me sometimes twice a day. This particular location has a very fast drive though. Has been like that for years. Never have to wait long even if the lineup is wrapped around the building.

Well it's Tim Hortons.... Great place for a quick tasty meal, it's nice and clean, with friendly staff... it's just a good place to talk and grab a drink...
