Tim Hortons

The cashier had made a mistake with an order. She brought it to a senior employee (manager?) right away. The manager was great. He didn't berate them, make it into an issue or belittle the employee in any way. He gave the employee what they needed to know and the actions to take. This is a great example of how people should be treated. Well done!

Barb is wonderful. we go there all the time just to see her. She is an amazing worker! Always gets our order right with a smile.

I remember about 4 days ago,I drove through the drive way for hot chocolate drink with farmer's wrap,the goodness I felt in my mouth was beyond my imagination...it is tempting to drive there everyday to grab this...O love Tim Hortons ❤

Clean and tidy place. The breakfast wraps we had were both amazingly good, highly recommend those! Good coffee as usual :)

This is my favourite place to get coffee from! The team here rocks! They always put a smile on my face and even the top of my cup, or hearts or Mr and Mrs! It's these little things that make so much difference to the consumer... the little touches! Keep up the great service, we love you guys!

Went through the drive thru tonight around 1030pm and the lady working was absolutely wonderful. Her attitude was so cheerful and sounds like she enjoys her job! Was happy with service tonight. ☺

I went for my nightly run to Timmie's. There was an issue with my order that wasn't noticeu until I was home. I called and spoke with Jen, she was also the happy face I was greeted with at the window. She resolved the issue over the phone. I returned to the store and was delighted with the great customer service. Thank you Jen!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean establishment. Great coffee and desserts. Free Wi-Fi. If you are in the mood for a great tasting sandwich, then please try their best ever. "Turkey bacon club " Five stars everyday!!

Former employee from here and I have no complaints. The staff I worked with, treated me like a family. Though we had our ups and downs but I really miss them. They keep the store very clean because believe me, I used to eat food from there 😬

It's a Tim's!! What else is there to say.. Always a friendly smile here.. been my on and off hangout for 10 years .. wish it becomes 24/7 dine in again..
