Grand Times Hotel Drummondville

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was stylish and modern, and Rose at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood close to amenities like a pharmacy, a grocery store and dining. Our only complaint was the shower which was very slippery and could use some floor mats or non-slip stickers. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Super attentive and friendly staff. We are staying for a few days so will update with more info. Our room did not include the breakfast but for an extra you can get it, will be trying it tomorrow. Plenty of parking, safe area.

To be fair, I didn't stay there. I had my girlfriend stay there while visiting family. I chose the hotel based on reviews, photos, location, etc. The feedback I got from her, who has stayed at several very upscale hotels with me previously and is a good judge, was fantastic so I'm indicating that here.

The standout to me, directly, was the service. Front desk. Shoutout to Lorianne. This is what you want in an employee. A gem who made both my girlfriend feel good, and was super pleasant to deal with. Very professional, great personality, and even did me a tiny little favor that meant a lot. I truly appreciate the little things, and she checks all the boxes. I'd hire her in a second. So whoever the boss is or bosses are, if you read this? She's a keeper. I don't co-sign many people, but I do when they stand out. *whispers* "Give this girl a salary increase, fo sho".

And yes, I can recommend this hotel even if I never stepped foot in it. I wouldn't hesitate to book any of the locations should the need arise.

Great hotel! We stayed here overnight and Steve gave me more time so that I could workout beyond 10pm as we checked in almost 9pm.
Good amenities and pool is heated that makes me want to dip!

The Times is beautiful, clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The design elements really make this hotel a cut above the others in Drummondville (we stay in Drummondville about twice a year). The only downside is the smell of cologne (air freshener) in the elevator and lobby, for those who are scent sensitive, it is fairly strong. But overall, everything else makes up for it. We will definitely be back! Merci énormément!

Exquisite hotel! I really love the design of this hotel, especially the lobby. The rooms are clean, beautiful and modern. There is decoration in the rooms. At the bottom of the hotel, there's a gym and a big calm pool. The breakfast is at the top of the hotel, on the 12th floor. The service is what you can expect, that means normal, and the location is well chosen. It is alone with a bunch of parking, it overviews Drummondville. I highly recommend this hotel and they must be a 4-star hotel instead of a 3-star one.

I like the design of the rooms in this hotel. It is very modern look. The room is very nice and very clean. The bathroom is big as well as the room in general. The parking is a big one.

You will be surprised that the city view is nice beyond expectation.

The breakfast is standard continental one but that is all you need to keep going.

We will come back again.

5 Star +. The hotel is easily located off the highway. The hotel is clean +with a wonderful touch of modern European charm. ALL the staff were welcoming with smiles and looking to be helpful. The rooms are a perfect size, the bed super comfortable and extraordinarily quiet. The stay couldn’t have been better. We will definitely return/ try out other locations 😀

Lovely place. Nice people. Very modern and beautifully decorated. The king room had a wonderful view of the city with windows that take up the walls. The shower was the best thing in the world. I will say it seems more suited for a couple, but my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

It was nice. The lighting in the rooms are a little weird and took a little while to find the right light switches but it was comfortable and clean.

Great hotel. Have stayed there twice now. Front desk staff are very professional and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done despite covid restrictions. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at other properties from the"Grand Times hotels" and it is, to my knowledge their best property!
The people at the front desk were very helpful and the lobby is trendy, practical and comfortable; comfortable because if you call a cab you may have to wait 20-25 minutes before it gets there.
The hotel is in the same complex add the convention center so this is probably important to know if this is where you have to go during your trip.

I barely speak French but the staff were very accommodating. Hotel is in a strange place not a lot to do. But the hotel was great!! Clean with a terrific pool. Looking forward to staying again in 2018

This hotel started off as a hail mary. We had been driving for 19 hours and had called over 20 hotels along the trip to get a room. NOTHING ANYWHERE so I just kept driving. I was about to sleep in a Costco parking lot and hope for the best when I saw there large glowing sign. Thought no way they'd have a room but it was 4am what could I loose at this point. Went in side and met a very kind man Yenik I think his name was. (I couldn't see straight at all from driving) he got me checked in quickly. Extended my check out time with ease and explained breakfast and wifi.
The room was amazing. Clean. Modern and so quiet. Beds I sunk into and the bathroom. Just stunning and amazing shower.
The lobby is just fantastic and so modern. The pool was super gorgeous and my kids loved it. (Its all one depth though so my daughter stayed on the stairs as it was too deep for her)
I would give Yenik or Yanik 20 stars if I could. Thank you for being so kind and for recusing me when I was done with everything that day.
