The hotel is not far from the highway entrance. The location is good and there are delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel room is really clean and comfortable. The breakfast here is really great. I really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee during my business trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

We always stay here when planning certain trips. A clear cut above the typical Quality property. Outstanding service for years and over multiple trips/stays, modern and current rooms that are very clean and comfortable. Great staff!We recommend it highly.

Excellent hotel when travelling with your pups! Large, spacious rooms perfectly suited for travelling with pets. They prepare dog bowls and treats in the room for your arrival. Rooms were very clean.

Fantastic. Travelled with pets. Room had everything, even mini kitchenette. Staff accommodated a last minute date change in peak season due to inclement weather. Highly recommend this place. Will return.

Very pleasant and large rooms with very pleasant service. We stayed on a midweek so the noise levels were low which was nice. All the employees were very helpful and there is quite a bit of amenities in each room. I quite like the exterior look of the building as well and overall this was a solid stay that I would recommend for its price point. Free parking is always appreciated, and the free breakfast is more than decent.

The staff are amazing and very respectful. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are totally amazing right down to the slippers and housecoat and In room kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, and jacuzzi tub.
The complimentary hot breakfast was top end.
If you're in the area this is the place to stay, reasonable rates, great parking.

The front desk staff Veronique went beyond. Her customer service was second to none. As a Canadian Military Family being transferred across country she provided us with everything we needed for a restful night sleep. She went beyond to ensure everything was set up for our family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean rooms with space for pets and a relaxing spa noise machine in the room.
We will recommend this hotel to all Military members traveling through the area.

We had an amazing stay at this location, along with our pup. Such great accommodations and very pet friendly. The mattress was amazing! We fell asleep instantly and slept right through. I’ll be contacting them to find out the brand for sure. The breakfast…wow! Everything you could want. Great staff too. Well done! 👏

Fantastic! Best hotel breakfast ever. Clean everything. The suite had a kitchenette, plenty of storage and space... even a Murphy bed. The pool was clean, the staff were great and helpful. We had this hotel recommended to us for our trip home from the east coast and the person had raved about it... they were absolutely right! And it was reasonably priced! We would stay here again for sure.

This hotel is just amazing!! The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate condition and organized. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the highway. If you are going through Quebec I highly recommend the hotel in Drummondville. I'm totally blown away at this beautiful hotel.

This property was far superior to any Quality Inn I've experienced. The rooms are well-equipped, bedding comfortable and in great condition. The small kitchen area had cutlery and dishes, along with the coffee station, microwave and refrigerator.
Breakfast buffet was generous with great variety and served by attendants who kept things fresh and well-stocked.
Front desk staff was welcoming, polite and accommodating.
This was a home run!

We stayed at this hotel twice over the holidays once on our way to see family and then on our way home. This hotel is in a fantastic location and is family - and pet friendly. The service we received on our way to see family was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and very sweet. They brought a dog bed and bowls for our puppy to use and gave her a treat. When the staff member saw how tall my kids were, she pulled down on 3 beds for us. The breakfast was fantastic. On our way home, the lady behind the counter was rude, and she made it seem like an inconvenience when we asked for a pillow and bowls for our puppy to use.

We stayed at the Drummondville Quality Suites and were very pleasantly surprised at the...well...quality of our stay! The front desk was fast, friendly and efficient, and the room was large and well appointed. The mini- kitchen station was nice though we didn't use it, but the TV stood out because it was a current model, and a great size. The bed was firm, and there was a decent selection of different pillow types. The bed was pretty funky, as it had a built-in system to gently vibrate, and provide soothing background sounds like waves. The bathroom was large, with a modern whirlpool tub with about 30 jets! A hot breakfast was included in our price. We've stayed in "luxury" hotels that did not provide this level of comfort and pizzazz for 3 times the price, so we were very happy with our experience, and actually hope for an opportunity to return!

I traveled with 2 Service Dogs and the room was perfect for them. The staff was super accommodating ensuring we had a ground floor room with easy access to the outside. Loved this hotel and would stay here anytime I am in the area.

Excellent. Nice big room. Lots of amenities. Nice shower/bathroom. All the plugins and ports you'll ever need. Good breakfast with very cool coffee machine. Very nice staff. The NeuroSpa in bed is really cool - built in massage and relaxing music to put you asleep or enhance nocturnal relations 😃
And really well priced! I will make this my mid Quebec stop from now on.

Our family of five stayed here at the last minute on a vacation, needing to stop between Montreal and QC. It was convenient, inexepensive, and included a nice breakfast.

Plus, that spa bed thing mentioned in other reviews, while kind of strange, was actually very nice. It put me immediately to sleep.

Susanne went above and beyond to help me throughout the process of booking for a group. Last year we planned to stay at the hotel but due to weather had to cancel our stay and Susanne helped us do this free of charge. Coming back this year, she ensured everything was prepared and went smoothly for our group. Because of how helpful Susanne was, my group has now gone back and stayed at this hotel twice this year and will for sure come back next year. The rooms are very clean and modern and the hotel breakfast is great. The pool is also kept very clean.
