Clean, organized, bright, great selection of quality used brand name clothing and friendly staff!!!
I was so disappointed with my experience at the Kitchener location yesterday both as a seller and purchaser. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack when shopping, unfriendly staff, barely took anything and the store felt dirty &dingy. Today at the Guelph location there was such a great selection of quality clothes that you had to sort through and decide which of the great items you wanted most! On top of that the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and I was able to trade in quite a lot of the items that the other location literally threw back in my bin without folding (so disrespectful)
This is hands down the only location I will shop & sell at from now on! Thank you for being so awesome 🙌

It’s been a while since I went to Plato’s closet since I moved out of the province and I forgot how good the finds can be. I went earlier today mainly to find some summer dresses and found a few for affordable prices in great condition! you definitely need to sort out at the end of your shopping because you’ll find so many great items. The staff here are very warm, inviting and friendly.

Very clean and organized. I've been to other stores and found them suffocating, with very little space to move through tight spaces. This particular Plato's was great. Staff were friendly enough. There were lots of options.

My teen daughter and I visited this location recently. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The store was well organized and clean. Thank you for a great experience thrifting! We will be back.

Had my first experience in not too long ago and was promptly assisted by a lovely employee Grace who helped me find proper sizing and helped navigate the store with me as well as assembled outfit ideas accommodating my style and outfit inspiration. She told me about events the store holds and was all around an incredible help making me extremely inclined as she made my first experience one to remember. I will be returning soon.

I felt the staff really trying hard to accommodate my baby stroller and baby needs and it made such a difference in my day
I didn’t have to rush out just because of the baby

I live in Toronto and I will not go to any other location to sell my stuff but at Guelph Plato. They are honest and give you a fair price for your stuff. I am very pleased to have found this location. Highly recommend.

This Plato’s location has improved SO much since the new ownership. I’ve noticed such a difference in the quality and amount of their product and even just how clean the store is. I had some great finds during my latest shop and the owner was really helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Will definitely be returning!

Loved the ambience and collection and the staff was very helpful specially Luke, he helped me in getting the best outfit for my work and party! Would recommend people to visit the store

Any time I’ve gone in I’ve had a great experience! Tons of selection, a good mix of more expensive brands like babaton and cheaper brands like h&m. Jean selection is always great, tons of levi’s and dynamite. Prices are very fair, way more economical than buying new & most pieces appear brand new. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. Will continue to shop here before buying new or thrifting elsewhere.

Hands down the best Plato’s Closet I’ve been to! Very organized and super easy to shop around. The prices are all very good for the clothing they have, especially the brand name clothing! The new owner is fabulous and very professional, definitely worth the drive out! :)

Very helpful ladies at the front. Organized store. I really like coming here every season and getting rid of my own items and shopping for new additions to my wardrobe. It's an eco-friendly exchange!

I love Plato’s closet! It always has great clothing, and it’s clean in the store. I followed the instagram account and now I get updates on new clothing it’s great.

Purchased an item via their instagram and had someone else pick it up. The item I received was not as expected, but by that time the return period had lapsed. Reached out to the store about the issue and they were prompt in their response to find a resolution. I didn't expect much in terms of compensation since the return period was over and they could have easily disregarded my complaint, but was pleasantly surprised with the end result. Excellent customer service. It can be risky making purchases when you're not close to the business to inspect the product in person, but based on my experience, would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I went to this location to sell a few things that I no longer wear. I had everything washed the day before. The girls were nice and friendly. Easy process. It took maybe 2 hours as there were other people selling their things ahead of me. So we went to the mall to shop around before heading back.

I went in today to drop off some clothes and had a great experience. Angel was assisting me and I usually don't write reviews often, but she was a breath of fresh air. Often customer services representatives don't make conversation anymore, so when she did, it really made my day! Thank you so much Angel and keep up your amazing attitude and customer service skills.
