I frequently come to this location and every single time the staff is so attentive and helpful! This location hands down has the best service ever. Sahar is an absolute angel and her energy is amazing, I would recommend this location every single time!!! Amazing work guys, keep it up :)

Had a consult with Lash technician Mikayla and the browbar. She was very helpful and accomodating to my issues. Unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the wax they use so I won't be returning, but would definitely recommend her and her services!
In general, I have always found employees in this store to be very friendly and helpful!

Front lady helped me find a product I was looking for. She was very nice and very helpful. I went there to get a specific product but she convinced me to get an alternative one (Exfoliate of Paula's choice) that she personally has been using for two years. Day 2 of using it and I already see a difference on my skin. I had white head problems on the sides of my chin. They are not gone yet but my skin is already smoother. Thank you! :-)

I was there today to buy some stuff and I guess I put my phone down on the counter and forgot. These ladies at cash held onto it and I’m so grateful I’m writing this review right away!

I just wanted to take a few minutes and let everyone know Veronica is an absolute awesome and has awesome customer service. My daughter bought something earlier tonight and it was leaking. After returning it the other bottle was doing the same. Veronica was very patient and apologetic!!! Thanks again Veronica.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I wanted to come on here and speak about one of the employees, I believe her name was Angela? (Blonde hair, adult, contagious smile). Today when I walked in she greeted me with such warmth and I felt very comfortable in the store. During my visit I could hear her helping customers and she seemed very insightful. I then asked her for some suggestions and she was quick with a reply. She made me feel comfortable talking about my acne and gave me a suggestion for a reasonably priced item! I’ve never had a negative experience at this location but I wanted to come on and share my experience. I hope this find the lady who helped me:)

They have amazing products from so many brands. Nd the staff here deserves a 7 star appreciation. They help a lot. They teach u makeup, how to apply each product, Which product is best, nd so much more. All the amazing girls over girls. Warm hugs to all of them. ❤❤

I went to Sephora today for new tinted moisturizer and had the best service! Angela was so kind and helpful! She showed me multiple options at different price points and helped me find the perfect match for my skin tone. It was a great experience overall!

Had a great experience at this location yesterday with one of the lady’s named Angela ! She welcomed me and helped me right away when I asked where to find the brand Tatcha and brought me right over. I kept going back for all my questions because she was so helpful and loved her vibe !

I just wanted to say a big thank you and shout out to the lovely store manager, the lady with blondish hair, I was there yesterday as I had problems getting my powder previously, this lady was so helpful, and very knowledgeable! I am using the powder she suggested and color and works wonderful. I can't say this to the rest of the staff as it was my 3rd time trying to get right powder as previous suggestions and help or lack of failed unfortunately. Thank you to the manager of this store! You are wonderful!

I recently visited and I have nothing but nice things to say about this location! The staff was super friendly and quite helpful. The woman who has all the tattoos, bangs, copper hair colour, so so sweet! She helped me and I was probably annoying her with all the questions haha she was very patient with me. I hope the next time I need to replenish my products, I hope she’s working!

My first official visit. I'm 56 and a bit intimidated by all the products. I was greeted by Sahara who was amazing! Not pushy or condescending, knew her products, and did the upsell like a pro. I'll be back because of her for sure!!

Amazing clean organized and easy to find what you're looking for. Staff is friendly, educated and very helpful. The treat everyone with care and dedication when looking for the products a person needs! Checkout is always prompt and you feel like you're actually cared for & about!

Was helped by the nicest beauty advisor Sanaz, who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and patiently help me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so so kind. I was also helped by Kim who was also super amazing helping me find some eyebrow products. Amazing customer service and I’ll be returning, thank you so much Sanaz and Kim, you ladies are awesome and made my day! :)

Caroline was great! She helped me with everything I wanted (which was a lot), great service from her. I'm really impressed by the assistance provided, she was really, but really great.

I would like to say a HUGEE thank you to Sahar for all of her help today with all the questions i had. she helped me add new products into my makeup routine and products to start my skin care journey taking into consideration my sensitive skin. she was absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for that. thank you gorgeous keep being amazing ❤

Alexis was great and friendly. She helped me find a shampoo and conditioner that suited my dry hair needs. This Sephora is the best thing to happen to Guelph! Worth a visit for sure.

I rarely write reviews but for my experience with Madison I had too. She was extremely helpful, knowledgble about all the products and very welcoming!
