Amazing customer service. My favourite place to buy shampoo and conditioner and hair masks. They are a little expensive, compared to a drug store. But the value and Quantity are better and last longer.

I have never gotten my eyebrows done professionally before and was a little skeptical until my friends recommended me this place as well to ask specifically for Jenny. She did a fantastic job where she was quick and direct to ensure I did not feel any pain during the threading. If you are looking for someone to do your eyebrows go here and ask for Jenny. 10/10 service and the prices are fair.

this has to be my favourite trade secrets location for multiple reasons. There's always an all around good vibe and the employees really contribute to that. The last time I was in it was quite busy but Sam was quick to greet me and offer me assistance while I waited for my brows. She was very helpful in finding the perfect hair product for me (tried it right when I got home and it was amazing). Madison always does the best job with my brows and I always appreciate how gentle she is with my sensitive skin. All around great experience 👌🏻

I always get great service from the girls at Trade Secrets! I go to them for eyebrow threading and upper lip wax. They're always friendly and prices are reasonable. Today I saw Jenny, she was really nice and her service was quick. Painless too. She even gave a massage when she applied the aloe to my skin.

I went and got my eyebrows done by the new girl majd she was super nice and did an amazing job! Never had an experience this good before she was very careful and listened to everything i said i was very comfortable and usually when i get my eyebrows done i break out always but this time my skin felt very good and relaxed! Will for sure go back and i 100% reccomend her, before i left she reccomended a few products for me and explained them very well! Overall great experience! 😍😍😍

Went in on a busy Sunday and was unable to get threading done, but opted for waxing. I was really pleased with the job done by Parna, I didn’t realize you can get such a nice shape from waxing as well, very nice! Also she was very attentive despite it being busy, she asked if I wanted any more shaping/thinning done to my eyebrows.

I got my eyebrows threaded here one time and they did a fantastic job just like how I wanted! They have the best service ever and I definitely would give them a 10/10 recommendation!!!!!!💯👈👈

I refuse to go anywhere else but here to get my eyebrows done! I love how they always ask “do you do tops and bottoms?” Also always offer Aloe at the end as well. They do such a good job and always quick to help
