Went in just before close to get my daughter an Xbox controller. She didn’t see any colours she liked, but the young lady working there took the initiative to offer to go check in the back, even though she was getting ready to close. She came out with the exact one my daughter was hoping for. Very impressed with the service!!

Staff is great! GME to the moon

It had been a long time since my last experience, so I took a chance and went in to look for a few games for my Switch, and some Magic: the Gathering product I couldn't find at my usual place.

The service I've received here in the last few months has been fantastic. Each time I'm in staff and been friendly, and have been genuinely interested in helping. Even if they weren't able to get me the result I wanted, the fact that they tried and seemed legitimately disappointed for me meant a lot.

Unfortunately the only name I've gotten is Lee, who I was told is the assistant manager. The whole team has been great, though.

My old one star review from about 4 years ago was as follows:

An associate standing behind the counter told me she "wasn't open", and that I'd have to wait for the other associate, standing next to her, to be finished on the phone. This other associate immediately walked away from me, and from there on no one bothered to even look at me.

This isn't the first time I've received less than enthusiastic service from associates here. I'm fed up with it, and don't intend to come back.

Jaden was top notch in dealing with the crazy fun of pre-orders and pre-payments. Kept his sense of humour, while working through a glitch, actually the whole group there were calm cool and collective. Great experience!

From EBGames, to EBX, to gamestop regardless of the name the staff are always friendly and willing to talk. With all the games and collectibles available, I enjoy both purchasing and window shopping here. They have something for just about everyone and they'll even hold certain items for you upon request (within reason).

This location has an excellent game selection as it has all the new releases in stock. The staff is very friendly.

Carace at the Stone Road Mall was a life-saver! I went in looking for a specific figurine but wasn't sure of all the details (I was buying a present for my husband). He spent 10-15 minutes searching for it in a few different places, managed to find one in a different store that fit my description, and ordered it in for me! His customer service was unparalleled! Super grateful to him!

Best service from any electronics store, I was treated with utmost respect and any question I had was answered within the minute, sales associates are great to talk to and enjoy what they do which makes transactions smooth and easy.
