I have been pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of customer service I have received throughout my recent visits to Sunrise Records. The staff go above and beyond what is necessary to help customer find exactly what they are looking for. The price of vinyl is slightly higher than other retailers I have made purchases from, but I suspect this is because of the growing demand and lack of competition in the Guelph area. I

If you're visiting Sunrise, make sure to check out the 'Clearance' and 'Used Vinyl' sections as there are often some great deals on less commercially successful albums you can take home at a low price.

Great place to buy vinyl. The prices can be a little steep but the selection is great and the staff are more than happy to help you find what you are looking for, and if they dont have it in store, they will order it in for you. They also seem to know their stuff about a variety of different genres if you need suggestions.

Can't give up on hard copies of music and movies? Me either! Great, knowledgeable staff, that have a passion behind the work. The whole team is willing to help, and wants you walking out keeping music alive. Pop in and check out those vinyl bins.

A great place. Super helpful and very nice staff. Great selection of CDs and DVDs. Was the only CDs place around that actually had the cd my daughter and I have been looking for for months. Thank you to the staff at sunrise records for holding the last copy of the cd for me. Also great prices of gifts and smaller items. Glad we came her and can't wait to go back.

Lots of different music, DVDs and records. Guy behind cash was nice and helpful. He looked up information about wether they had any CD's instore. Of a band I like.

Good customer service and vinyl selection. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they will do their best to get it for you!

Well organized, friendly, efficient, decent stock and if they don't have it they can get it.

Much better management of viynl records compared to the old HMV that used to be here.

Fun place to be in, look around, and ask for what you're looking for. Definitely recommended.
