Great variety of products for your day to day needs! Location is perfect for Grange area residents instead of driving all the way up to Home Depot. I actually ordered item they carried in their main store and it was delivered same day for pickup at Grange. Staff was friendly, every effort was made to locate products I didn even know the neme for.

I came in a rush to the store due to an emergency at home with the kitchen sink and because it was almost their closing time.

I was assisted by , who told me to take my time and explained what I needed.

Jillian knew how to navigate the store perfectly, and where all the items that i needed were located, she also provided me with the best options.

Is great to find someone as helpful as her with the right knowledge and recommendations.

Because of her, I will be coming more often for all my household repair needs and projects.

I even added the full starts because of Jilliam help and assistance.

This is our go-to hardware store. We always come here to have our questions answered. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help, and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will refer out as needed to other stores. Majorie at the contracting desk helped us design our deck and answered all our questions about building and maintaining it. We will be back again and again.

Oh My Gosh these guys here are always at my Beck And Call!
With whatever I need they are there to assist and direct me to the exact place and have given me tips on how to do the job. Everyone there is Great! One Customer Service Worker asked me when I picked an item how quick would I be at the job. I stated that this was new to me and not as quick as the stuff that I was going to use would dry out and that I would keep having to make up some more product as I went along in the job. She stated that if I was new to the product and the job as well that this other product was better for me to use. Thank goodness she suggested something else cuz I was going to purchase the other and now I could have seen myself cursing myself for that purchase.
I also purchased more primer them needed and I'm kinda short on a colour of paint that I need, so I'm able to return the Primer for the colour of paint needed which is awesome. I highly recommend this place because they are always welcoming, friendly and ready to assist you.

I am delighted with the service at this store. Dakota who answered the phone arranged for the product that I needed was delivered the same day into their store.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. A fairly small store with lots of options to help with any project. Also a great place for cleaning supplies.

This place is close to my house so I always stop by here when I need something. The customer service is really good, if you look dazed and are wandering someone will always ask to help you. If you know what you need and are just grabbing stuff you will be left alone.

I was running an indoor clothes line last winter and needed something strong enough to join the two lines together. Everything I had tried up to that point would fail under load in less than a week. I gave a staffer a vague description of what I was trying to accomplish and voila! I was led to a perfect connector strong enough to last (still currently going) and now have my indoor line.

Friendly, fast and as flexible as they can be during a lockdown! I’m so tired of big box stores and delays—wish I had started here in the first place. You actually get to talk to PEOPLE!! Amazing!

They are a marvellous hardware store. They stock all sorts of really useful stuff that you simply cannot get at the big stores----like home hardware. They are also very good at getting stuff in that's on the website but they don't keep in stock themselves. Most importantly, they actually know something about what they are selling. That's something you simply don't get at Canadian Tire, Home Hardware or the other places like that.

Yes, they do watch you like a hawk. What that means to me is that they have a problem with "shrinkage", but they aren't a charity!

A great local hardware store. The staff are friendly and eager to help. They don't have as much selection on hand as the massive chain stores but they are able and willing to order in product to satisfy your needs when possible.

Picked up a cordless drill. They had the last 2 in stock in the area. Mgr put it aside in his office for me. Great service, but remember it's a small store.

This store is pretty good for all those little things in life that you need like door bells and hangers. Tons of stuff and your in and out quickly

Very good. Have random things that I need that I wouldn't have thought they would carry. Eg Keurig singles and Co2 canisters for my water fizz machine.
