Another onea my favorites! Almost every brand name you can think of, they will more than likely have what you are looking for! In the off chance that they do not carry what you are looking for, they will inform you if another store in the area does have your shoe or whatever you are looking for. To me that is exceptional customer services. I bought my spring time Timberlands and what is possibly the most comfortable slippers ever. Cheers.

Thank you to Zoe (green hair!) for being an absolute gem and saving me tonight when my toddler had an accident and I had no help holding my baby so I could clean him up. She was kind and helpful taking care of my baby while this desperate mama had a mini emergency with the toddler. Thank you so much! Also a wonderful store with great brands that we appreciate having local to Guelph.

Great selection of shoes at very reasonable prices. They have everything from dress shoes to athletic shoes to cleats and boots for men women and children. The staff here were very friendly and helped us get our son properly sized for shoes and showed us their selection of styles that would work for us.

Also, I'd like to say that when I overheard a customer returning something without a receipt the employee handled it very well even when the customer got unruly. The employee was polite and did everything possible within the system to see if they could make a refund happen (even though it sounds like it wasn't possible given the circumstances).

I was very skeptical going in because I've always just bought cheap shoes from the discount department store. However the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about how each brand fits, and put in the effort to find me a truly great fit despite the very challenging width/height of my feet. Yes, the shoes were pricey, but ultimately this is the most comfortable I felt walking in a decade.

Visiting from Australia and had the absolute best service from any shoe store I have ever been to. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Would absolutely recommend making a stop here and browsing their wide selection of shoes.

Very attentive and friendly service. The isles could be a little wider but there is lots to choose from. We went on Black Friday, the sales were okay. Still, glad the stores are open. There is this new Arctic sole which I like to try out on slippery sidewalks. I am very satisfied.

Excellent service received here! Needed to return a pair of shoes that my daughter didn't like. Was given great service, and we bought more. Excellent selection, good pricing, and the people who work here seem to love their job!

They have a large selection of footwear with prices close to what you would pay online. I especially like that they carry wide 2E or 4E sizes which fit my feet better. The staff were quite helpful.

I went in looking for low stylish boot that would be comfortable to wear ,as I stand most of my day at work. I had a new staff member that is very knowledgeable and she offered quite a few suggestions. I bought the boots and have been wearing them at work with great comfort! Thanks Andrea

My go-to shoe store! Amazing selection and great staff. I have been coming here since I was a child, now that I've moved to Toronto and have two children of my own, I still make the trip down to Guelph since I find this place much less overwhelming.

My wife left here having spent maybe $500 more than planned. Must be a good place. They have regular sales based on a single brand, forcing you to buy 2 pairs of shoes at almost 25% discount. I didn't check their prices against other outlets, but they looked like full price to start with.

I buy most of everyday shoes at Adventure Guide in Waterloo, as they only carry My Shoes, those that yell "manly" and "outdoorsman". I don't have to wade among endless pairs of Dweeb shoes and Power Suit shoes. I go into the store and our narrative is already understood.

Whew. Back to work to pay off that $500.

I bought a pair of Keen shoes in January. Recently the tread started to come off. I went back into Shoeper store to get another pair. After talking with an associate she got the manager Justin. Justin took pictures of the shoe and emailed the Keen rep. I received a call a wee later to come into the store. Justin was amazing and exchanged my shoes for a new pair. I certainly was not expecting this. Justin went beyond for me. Thank you Justin.

Great service from Emma. I live in Kitchener and prefer this store because of the service I receive there, especially from Emma, she is always kind and very helpful.

Have gotten the majority of my shoes & boots here. I need good footwear ,& can usually find something I like & that can last for years.

Always leave a few hundred dollars less but never leave without finding a pair I need
