Service, food, and ambiance was really amazing.
We have never spent just sitting and enjoying our coffee this long in any Tim Hortons.

They are always so attentive at this location. Always get my order right, greet me and wish me a good day. This is my go to Tim's.

Fast service and no lineup. If you log into the app, there are usually good deals like two drinks for a reduced price or bonus points that you can use to redeem for free items. Our iced Capps were perfectly made per our changes.

My Fiancée and I recently visited the Green Road Tim Hortons location for some well needed lunch. The overall visit from beginning to end was amazing. Upon entering the store we were delightfully greeted by an employee named Liam. From the start of our order until the time we left, Liam presented us with the upmost professional and gracious service. I do hope that the owner of this location understands what an asset Liam is to their team, as we will be returning due to his delightful service. Thank you again Liam for the amazing and professional service you provided!

Can be busy at times but they seem to get orders out quickly. I only ever really order a coffee, but they always make it well and it tastes good. No complaints!

I got usual hearing problems i can't focus on being loud and clear doesn't allow me so nextime i promised for a doughnut but i enjoy the company on a beautiful day with lovely amazing people

This will be the 1st time I've ever given a great review to a Tim Hortons and I've been to every one in Durham and Scarborough without exception!
This evening around 9:30pm I decided to take my lovely wife home a coffee and a muffin. Ist choice on the muffin, "Carrot." As my luck would have it, they were out of Carrot. But, and this is important, Keagan a young man actually made colourful alternative suggestions and brought comedy and fun to what would/should have been an irritating disappointment. He choice for her BTW was perfect!

On going to pay, I was greeted by Deena who was amazingly friendly and cheerful and astoundingly polite. (Parents, you did a good job!) She made the exchange a fun event.

Hey TH! you need more employees like these two. They did you proud!

I would like to say thanks to the staffs who worked at this restaurant on Friday, January 28 morning. They was very helpful, flexible for me to let I picked my order up from the drive thru instead of me had to go inside to get it because my mistake when i placed the order. ❤

The staff on drive through were great, the young guy who took my order was amazing, he made me and my daughter laugh, I’ve never had such a cheerful drive through order before, great job guys you did great.

Needed my morning coffee, everything bagel toasted with herb n garlic cream cheese & honey crueller for my perfect breakfast that day as a treat. The staff were great, friendly & helpful.

I Can't say enough good things about this Tim Hortans! By far the best Tim Hortans I have been to anywhere! I go every morning and every night! Best customer service, Friendly Staff, know my Order off by heart, Food and Coffee always fresh doesnt taste burnt or gross ever! (unlike the other tim hortans by the highway) Also considerate. The other night had to wait like 5 mins for coffee cause they were brewing a new pot, they apologized for the wait, asked me if it was okay and even gave me a free coffee for next time for having to wait!! GREAT JOB!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THERE!! HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR SURE

I love coffee.. So if you like coffee or maybe a nice iced capp then this is your place to go... But for the food? No idea I don't eat at a coffee place.

Fast and fresh. Idk how they make food that fast.

The ice caps were made perfectly. Only downside was the paper straws and the cup had a bit of drink on the outside which landed on me.

I just had an amazing butter croissant the was big, light and fluffy! The steeped tea today tasted great!
