Jarret recently assisted me and from the moment I entered the store he was so welcoming (and remembered me from a few months ago) and his professional demeanor let me know that I was going to be taken care of. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations about different products that would suit my needs. He offered personalized recommendations that were spot on! His passion for beauty and customer service truly shone through making my shopping experience not just informative but super fun! He has a way of making you feel special even if he’s multi tasking. Thank you Jarret! You’re amazing!!

All of the workers at Mac were great. I want to put the spotlight on the one who helped me find the perfect products - Jojo! She was very personable and made purchasing new makeup fun! I felt confident in her makeup knowledge and will return!

I went into the MAC store at Devonshire mall probably a couple months ago and I could not believe the incredible customer service I received from Jarret. The product I was looking for was discontinued, though he recommended an alternative product that I’ve been loving so far. But what really impressed me was his dedication to go above and beyond to find this product in a perfect match for my skin tone; he legit dug for one that was not available out on display. His knowledge in the beauty world is endless and the passion he has is truly refreshing. Apparently I’ve been doing my makeup wrong for decades now and I use the tips he provided to this day!! You’re an asset Jarret and surely one of a kind ❤

Went into Mac at devonshire mall today to exchange a blush I bought because I felt like it was way to bright for me, but unfortunately I wasn't able to because it was part of the 40% sale and I didn't realize there was no exchanges. Jared was so kind he took his time to help me and show me how to work with the blush shade I chose and how to apply it properly so I don't look crazy lol. I took his advice and used it at home later and I love it now, he even said to use it in my inner corners of my eyes for a pop of color and I did and got a lot of compliments. Thank you Jared!! :)

I went to this MAC store, I live in Brampton and was visiting family in Windsor. Marley was amazing! I stocked up on my essentials and she helped with my points and purchase.

MAC is my absolute favorite place for make up! There products are all incredible and the colors whooo! Staff is so knowledgeable
and helpful, you'll get affordable makeup that you will love n stay with forever 💄💋

Theresa and Marley went above and beyond for our makeup, it was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They were really helpful and I was so happy that my makeup as well as my lashes lasted all day and night!

The one lady that remind me of Kat Vondee (however it's spelt) was AMAZING. so friendly. She took her time and explained how to apply certain products. Would spend all my money there just because she was the best.

They are friendly and always help me with my Mac products with great deals when I need them.
