We recently bought a home from New Valley Homes that they had for sale. Our experience with them as a seller was exceptional. Once our agents had all signatures, we hired them to do upgrades to our home. Given the fact that all this was happening during the covid pandemic, Sean Parker was very upfront on timelines and what delays to expect.

Sean made sure we were all on the same page with every detail before the project was handed over to his team. Everyone of his contractors came during the pandemic and provided excellent workmanship that met and exceeded all our expectations!!

Sean saved us so much time by suggesting where to go purchase and pick out appliances and materials that were all local and used by New Valley Homes.
Those local businesses were amazing to deal with and made this stressful time much easier as our dealings with them were professional, honest, and most important, they listened to what we wanted.

The communication was never an issue. When the need to speak to Sean was required, he either picked up his phone or returned our call or text within a day.

Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would hire New Valley Homes without any hesitation for any future projects or home builds!!
