Nice to see an establishment with friendly staff and a clean environment. Most establishments in the larger centres you could sit there all day and never see anyone clean a table. The place was spotless and staff weee friendly.
Says a lot about owner types

they were really fast, and caring to any issues that i had. An employee named Yaryk Saliken also was confident in completing my order correctly, and fast!

A&W is a great fast food restaurant if you want a good, quick, and delicious meal in a comfortable happy atmosphere, or maybe you'd like to take it to go in the drive thru lane!

Had a great breakfast here as I was able to put together what I wanted in it without hassle and was still great value. As in all A+W, coffee was excellent and free refill. Place is very popular with locals both young and old not to mention happy and chatty staff. Staff member Lynn happily going about offering refills at the tables and conversing with the customers.

I like the " Beyond Burger" and the exception is the Castlegar store. The burgers seem a bit dry. Some of the staff need to lighten up on thier attitude.

This location in castelgar was excellent 👌 Took the grandkids there for first time and staff were so great with them. Helped with a smile with all requests lol even brought over lollipops 🍭 for them before we left! A+ location and people who make it run!

The place is clean and organized. The staffs are friendly and fast. I like to come and dine in because instead of plastics they serve drinks and food in glasses mug and real plates.

Waayyyy better than the Nelson location. Only complaint I have is they don't put enough lettuce on the lettuce wrapped burgers. Other than that I've had nothing but positive experiences. The Nelson location should be ashamed for still not opening their restaurant.

Have always been greeted with a smile; and have had quick service. The restaurant is so clean and inviting. The bathrooms are spotless which is always an upsell.

Ernesto on the counter is superb. He has good customer service skill and his service to our elderly is something all crew should immitate.

Great, friendly service. Happy staff. Food looks way closer to the TV commercials than what you usually end up with at a fast food place if you know what I mean...

Had breakfast eggs were perfect bacon great nice toast yummy but the thing that totally blew my wife and I away is how incredibly clean everything was including the washrooms most bathrooms nowadays are disgusting because people are lazy well not this place as a delivery person who travels bc I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to the owners and managers you guys rock 😀

They at consistently a good quick option. They'll lettuce wrap your burger if you're keto or gluten concerned.

Burger were fresh and service was great!
