This is not my first time ordering from them I always get the brown sugar shaken espresso but today I wanted to get some hot drink so I got the caramel macchiato with the oat milk instead of a regular milk . It tastes amazing. The staff was so nice and sweet. They just made my day. Thank you for a good drink and chat guys. I am enjoying every sip of my drink.

This is Starbucks, you get what you want. Staff are always friendly. I recommend ordering from the app as it's faster and you get stars. Plus no lineup.

Ordered online yesterday and they made an honest mistake on my coffee order. Called them immediately as the coffee was watery. I was talking with Frankie and she said no problem and they’ll fix it for me the next time I come back. Came by today and asked for her, and right away she even remembered my order and made it so quick that I didn’t have to wait. That’s what you call dedication, amazing job Frankie! Best customer service by the guy. I don't remember his name properly may be Robert. But i was there around 9.05pm on 1st nov. I had to leave for job and it's my first time at any Starbucks. He made delicious coffee for me. His way of communication is pretty nice. Overall, the best experience. Thank you.

Starbucks is typically very consistent. Today, however, the chai was very very spicy (and I buy them often). After really trying to enjoy it, I took it back and returned it for a London fog. It's very good.

Super friendly service. Felt like a good atmosphere. I rarely go to Starbucks but the staff at this location were really great.

Love the way this Starbucks is done! Great atmosphere, fast friendly service,awesome drinks! Went out tonight had a coffee out with my husband,was empty so got the comfy chairs, were enjoying ourselves until 3 ppl sat in the other two compfy chairs and then 3 more of their friends squished in!!! Extremely rude,we left!

Had a younger black haired ponytailed fellow make my frap. He legit ruined all other locations for me. It was ridiculous delicious. I ordered a grande and he gave me venti all souped up with extra goodness. No real line, fast service. 1000% recommend

Great service especially the employee named ABY she is so good. She knows how to treat their guests,impressed by her service. She served me my latte and it was perfect.

Handled an order for 10 Ice Cold Frappucino drinks seamlessly and in under 5 minutes to boot. It definitely wasn't your regular order, be the staff didn't seem bothered at all. Drinks were made as per the usual Starbucks standard, and drink trays were provided. Would return again, maybe with a smaller order next time 😃

Great renovation just completed at this Starbucks. Fast and helpful service. I needed some help choosing the best espresso beans for my stovetop espresso maker and both manager and staff helped out. Going back today...

I work here so I cannot give an unbiased review. But with that said, some great coworkers and customers can be found here. Great hangout place if you just want to study or read.

It's Starbucks. Not much more to say. They're consistent no matter where you go. Have yet to have a bad experience at a Starbucks. They're extra special at this one here tho. Love the community here in Ladner.
