Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and staff are very nice and super friendly.

A very beautiful and special hotel is located very close to a river - a green view and flowing water from the hotel window.
A very large and spacious room on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Comfortable beds and a spacious and pleasant shower.
A very tasty breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, potatoes and sausages.
In addition, there are 2 different types of cheese and pastries. fresh bread.
and the view to the river.

Figuring out the nespresso was a challenge, even with the instructions. But that's user error. 😂

Almost unrecognizable to me and my wife since we were last here in 2008. Our room was modernized with updated queen size beds and furniture, a fridge, update bathroom and large flat screen TV. Enjoyed the view of the waterfalls and river from our window too. A Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a welcomed bonus as well. But only 2 Nespresso coffee pods was disappointing 😩 Front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly. But besides that I enjoyed my sleep in the comfy beds and soft sheets. Our stay there was enjoyable and quite pleasant.

The hotel staff were very friendly. It was my second time there and they even greeted me by name (but with the warmth of a usual customer). The soap, shampoo and the other amenities are of good quality. The beds are really comfortable. They have k-cup machines in the room. I appreciated that they have a breakfast sometimes included with their rooms, but the price is quite hefty when you eat they're without a ticket. All in all, it feels very clean and good to stay a few days at this hotel.

Was here for a wedding that was taking place in a partner venue. Room was nice, breakfast was delicious. No complaints.

Very convenient. Very nice restaurant and bar (Table G). Vey good food and good selection on spirits, beer and wine. Front desk very polite and helpful. Restaurant and bar are closed on Monday. Good English speakers.

Pretty nice spot. Wasn’t expecting much but was nicely surprised. Clean fresh new rooms. Affordable.

Had a ok experience at first, they got saved with their amazing food and the professionalism of there staff.They reserved the wrong room and made a couple mistakes, but the staff gave me a amazing service, they quickly did everything they could to accommodate me as best as they could.
So i left this hotel with a great experience overall and will return soon.

Wonderful hotel backing onto a river with man-made falls. Excellent service and well-appointed breakfast. The room was comfortable and came fully equipped with everything we needed.

The hotel is beautiful with a nice restaurant and bar on site. The staff was very helpful in every way. The room was very clean with the beds extremely comfortable.

Well run establishment, comfortable, modern clean rooms, quiet. 5 minute walk to downtown, cultural center etc.

Service from almost all staff is above par. Had a problem with my ac, they took care of it before I could even mention it. They cleaned my room AND fixed the ac. I highly recommend it.

We booked a block for our weeding here. The rooms are renovated and clean. The service and food is really good. Only issue is the elevator wait time as there is only one.

Beautiful location, the rooms are very clean, wide and beautifully set and the service is great, the staff really knows how to make us feel comfortable and at ease.

Room was really nice. Stayed there after going to a wedding. Most of the guests when there and heard no one complain.
