Dairy Queen

I came in to get a last minute birthday cake for tomorrow, they didn't have any dinosaur options but the man behind the counter offered to make one with icing. It was so busy in there but he took the time to freehand an adorable dinosaur onto my son's cake. It was quick, easy and well done. Always friendly service at this dairy Queen as well. Thank you!!

Brand new store here. The ice cream was fresh was not too sugary. Creamy tasted to the soft serve ice cream. We had Blizzard with pecan very good and satisfying on a hot day. Employees are very friendly and made your order correctly.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food came out at a quick pace. Even the blizzards were made ultra quick :) so good!

Rosa (I think) was working alone today. She was so pleasant and cheery and somehow managed to get everyone their food in a timely manner. That girl needs a raise!!! (This was a month or so back, apparently I failed to post it then)

Hot and faster than normal, food was great. Service was on point.

Was excited to try the pumpkin pie blizzard and Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Always enjoy a special treat from Dairy Queen. The onion rings are also one of my favorite things.

Not a fan of DQ food, however the service here is great and I love the cold treats. They will write whatever you want on a cake too. (Within reason)

So far excellent. No complaints. This location has its speed down. I didn't even wait in the drive thru. Paid and was being handed my food right away. Red Deer you have to wait and sometimes quite awhile. This could be because it just opened so lots of staff on for training purposes. Drive Thru speakers are clear too! Always love watching newbies learn everything and see how they change their procedure once they have experience. So far 👍. Keep up the good work. Best tasting food from DQ I've had in a long while. Please upkeep it!

Had a wonderful experience thanks to a lady who said she was a supervisor (should be a Manager), name was Kendall, not sure of spelling. Great customer service and knowledgeable. She made a little girls birthday very awesome.
