Good experience. You get quality food for reasonable prices. The store was very clean, and well organized. The international aisles had a variety of great finds from different countries. The cashier was nice and helpful too.

Great store, great prices, the only rude people are some customers, tasting cherries and spitting seeds on the floor so others can slip and brake a leg.

If you want a good fresh hamburger, always the place to go. Everything is always fresh and delicious.
Would need a little help on the customer service. Food food, delicious customer service need help.

Store it’s nice first time in orleans food basic much better that cyrville location, I found the international section that they carry Philippines 🇵🇭 product that I don’t see on other location, I’m hoping someday they carry some frozen product from Philippines 🇵🇭 like tocino, longanisa, ice cream, and etc. so far for Filipino section I only see dry product or cans food. I’m looking forward to shop this location since I live nearby.

Popped in to this location while I was in town to try and find my new favourite ramen noodles that were sold out at my local Rainbow Foods. What I didn't expect was to find such a wonderfully large variety of International foods! I left with a basket full of new foods to try, as well as a few familiar European items I haven't been able to find in Canada before! This location has remarkably spacious aisles and is clean and very well lit.

Had most of the items we were looking for prices pea soup 1.88 a can keep going basics

We visit regularly to buy whole wheat pita and thai hot green chili big pkt, I love the Indian style kulfi in frozen section , u get coconut, mango etc, we also got vegetable samosas, cut bhindi, stuff aloo paratha etc

A good grocery store that has your budget in mind.

Owned by Metro group, it gives you quality foods at reasonable prices.

From fresh meats to vegetables and fruits and dairy and all your other grocery needs.

Often they have sales items that are hard to find, ask... If they say they are out of them, ask your help to check the back....yes I have got items more than once that their staff could not keep on the shelf fast enough.

A place worth checking out for sure, especially for big families.... I would check it even before Costco for certain items.

This store has a vast variety of name brand foods, so you're most likely going to get everything you need the first time. The store is always kept clean and the service is always friendly. The prices, as advertised, are low. Some of the lowest you can get around Orleans. 5/5 place for doing your weekly groceries.

I would usually give this a four star rating, but the checkout guy on the express lane was dope, over the top, you could tell he was in a great mood! Made my experience better.

Update... went back, today, for the amazing specials on meat, and met Phil and Joanne, who were just the best people I could hope to meet. No matter what the question, or how many questions I asked, they answered and encouraged me to ask more!! Made my day, I walked out with a smile on my face... can't I give more than five stars? lol

I don't usually do the groceries and I found it easy to find most things, for one item I couldn't find the staff weren't far and pointed me in the right direction. They had everything on my list and sale items were clearly marked.

Busy location but was still able to run in and grab what I needed and check out quickly.

Great store. Good produce selection, flyer items on sale were available 👍. Fiendly staff, if you can't find it, ask an employee and they will help you find it.

Great cheap prices, but don't expect certain high end brands here. Most items are from companies I have never heard of. But they do offer a varied selection and a discounted price.

Very clean and well organized store. The staff is fast and knows the store like the back of their hands. I would definitely recommend this Food Basics location to anyone.

It’s the best store to buy groceries…get more for less and save money….. better than eating at a restaurant if you want to have more money in your pocket:)

Good prices, clean place I highly recommend. Food basic is Metro's sister store. You can get something at 0,99$ and pay twice the amount at Metro.
