I am new to the area and it's my first time having a post box. Having moved from Halifax I had no need for the service. I use this post office a lot. I love to send cards and parcels. There is a gentleman who has been a great help to me there. He has offered to me many services I was unaware of. For example the small business owners service. Also he has always been cheerful and kind. I look forward to seeing him there. Koodo to your staffing.

Nice service, but the hours need to improve. It's pretty much impossible for many working folks to get their mail before 5pm.

The staff is great - getting everything set up when I first moved here and they were super helpful. Pleasant to deal with when you need to ship anything out as well.

The hours to pick up your mail if you work a 9-5… impossible. I can literally only pick up my mail if I leave work to do so.
