The staff is always eager to help answer my questions in regards to new patterns, different yarns and even offer advice with different tools or tips on all of my DIY projects big and small. Crafting has helped with the COVID isolation and now I do it because it’s calming. Highly recommend getting all your crafting, baking, and all manner of decor supplies from Michael’s! I ordered online and went to pick it up, when I checked the store found better frames for my puzzles and changed my mind. It is a big store with various types of art materials. The teams were helpful specifically the Young lady cashier.

Went to Michael's to return a wrong sized ball I bought for a project and buy a right sized one.

I recently brought in a very large print to be framed and wanted to share my experience as I’m SO happy with the outcome.

I took the photo print into the Frame Shop and two super friendly and passionate team members worked with me to create a beautiful customized frame. A few weeks went by, and I got a call from Lexi, one of the employees that helped me, saying that unfortunately in the framing process a black mark was accidentally made on the top of the print along the border. Of course I was really upset as the photo print was a very meaningful 1 of 1 gift, but I also understand that these things can happen. Lexi offered me a 50% refund and assured me the team would work on adding a matte to cover it and still be able to show the artists signature and note on the bottom.

I got a call a week or so later saying that the frame they tried didn’t end up looking as good as they wanted, so they were going to try another option. They kept me updated on the timeline/process and I could tell they were working so hard and felt awful about the mark.

I picked up the print a couple of weeks ago when I heard it was ready. It looks AMAZING. The matte they added is perfectly placed. The colour matching is stunning - I couldn’t be happier. I was so scared to see a marked up, ruined photo in an expensive frame, but what I got instead was a beautiful, perfectly framed piece of art that I can very proudly hang on my wall. I can’t believe how well they managed to cover the mark. You would literally never ever notice it.

Thank you SO much to Lexi and the entire Framing Team for working so hard to correct a mistake and make sure I was happy with the outcome. ❤❤❤

I'm here too much not to like it. The team that works here are so friendly and they'll take time to talk about your project to see if they can help you find the best solution or product that will work. I find sometimes that they'll be low on something but usually it's back in stock in no time

Had a craft making birthday party for our daughter's 10th birthday. 12 of her friends were invited based on the accommodation limit at the party room at this location in Langley BC. It was very well organized with every detail taken care of. The two hostesses from Michael's who conducted the event were excellent, gracious and most professional. All the kids enjoyed the party thoroughly.

Very friendly and helpful. I got tons of Lemax Christmas villages as they were buy one get one free. Lots of stock of everything you can think of craft and decorating related. Lots of parking available and open late.

This is my repeat location and I'm always finding something for my crafting shenanigans! Mostly well stocked but I can't complain. The staff are friendly and helpful! And be sure to hold onto your coupons that come attached with the receipt for 30-40% off an item, or check their website online for the weekly one.

Great place to buy art supplies.

So many options for crafts and woodworking. (Sorta). Lots of varied selections of craft ideas. Lots of products. Went in for some craft ideas and came out with paints , canvases, brushes and everything else for painting. Had a great time doing paint night with the gf. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be back for sure

This store has everything you need to craft and to make personalized gifts. The selection is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is lots of free parking,including handicapped spaces. The prices for some items can be expensive but for other hard to find items the price to find what you need is comparable. No long lineups and lots of staff make it a quickly easy shpping trip.

The staff are very courteous & willing to help you find the product u're looking for. When ready to pay for u're purchases, even when the line up looks long the system they've got set up is amazing & even at Christmas time I waited less than 6-7 minutes. 😉
