Staff and environment of the store was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always there to help you answer any questions and are knowledgeable about the products in their store. Bought some chews and treats for my dog here for a good price and my dog loved it.

Will be buying my dog’s food here from now on 😊

Excellent staff. I came in with zero knowledge about different brands and different things for cat food. My cat was having difficulty with bowel movements. They recommended i Brand to help with has bowel movements it helped him tremendously.

Super friendly, caring and knowledgeable owner (Lee) with personal service. They don't try to oversell you on what you don't need. Great people in here. Honestly, just good people that give their honest opinions, not trying to sell u what you don't need. And they got a decent selection for most accessories you'd need and a really good selection of pet food. Well, at least dog food. I only have a dog so never looked for other pet food. I'm sure they got it tho.

Well stocked pet store with a wide variety of supplies for pets. Lots of locally/BC made products. And prices are very reasonable

This place is the best. Great selection, great prices and the best customer service out of any pet store anywhere; I guarantee that. I live in New West and drive out here to buy dog food because they are worth the trip, and they always have what I need in stock. I highly recommend giving this place a try, as I'm sure you'll become a regular too.

You can find pretty much everything you need for your pet in this neat store. The stadd is knowledge and very friendly. I wish I lived closer to this store, I would always come here for a great service and professional advice.

I really appreciate the staff here. They are knowledgable and helpful but never pushy. Their product range is great, reasonably priced, and of good quality. To me, it’s worth a drive out to Ladner for supplies.

Great location with helpful staff and lots of variety. It is has a 'local' feel to the store but all the variety and products you would need for caring for dogs, cats, and others.
