Today we were assisted by a lovely man who listened to my mother and I describe an issue we were having with our sump pump. He took the time to provide a practical solution for us to try and took us around the store to everything we needed.

My mom and I both were incredibly thankful for his time and expertise. I wish I grabbed his name so I could specifically mention him here.

Ken went above and beyond and helped us find the perfect drill for our closet installation. Thank you Ke

Shane one of the workers is excellent at his job. He knew more than most of the other workers. He knew there were two water coolers and everyone else said there was only one. He even got the other one down from the tip shelf to show us the other water cooler. As well He helped us put to the car with it. Very personable and friendly. Great customer service. We will return for his service expertise.

What a lovely staff team. Manager is Chris Berry. Staff was so helpful and attentive best Rina I have ever visited.

We had some "over the top" service here. I don't want to go into details as we received unexpected service that I would never expect nor would I want anyone to take advantage of. Still top marks and highly recommended!

Absolutely without a doubt the best Rona to shop at in Lower Mainland. It's calm it's quiet it's clean it's well-stocked and the staff is absolutely fantastic. You never have to chase around looking for an employee they're right there to help you and everyone there is so pleasant and smiling. I will make the drive to Tsawwassen from now on to do my shopping at Rona.

Excellent customer service. Contrary to some big box stores, all employees here seem to go out of thier way to help customers. I bought three bathroom vanities with marble tops and sixty gallons of paint. Barret and Samantha were both incredible helping me select and quickly load my vehicle. Great store, I will be back.

Was in the store to buy some kitchen cabinets, got excellent customer service from Scott and Chris. 2 pretty amazing guys. Went above and beyond to help me out. Just can't say enough how much I really appreciate it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got some great staff here willing to help. Scott came into work on his day off just to help me out. Great service and nice staffs. Huge selection of everything you need the most for home repair, materials, and so on. Lots of free parking available on site.

Really great service. Very helpful staff and they worked hard to get me the best price. Friendly greeting when I walked in all the way to friendly fast checkout. They even brought my purchase to my car in the pouring rain. Thank you! Will be back.

I needed a small piece of wood to shim up a fridge in my garage. I spoke with Scott at Rona and he said no problem and cut me a scrap piece at no charge.
