Recently bought a Carcano ejector off Marstar and it was damaged in transit. Reached out to their sales team and John got back to me almost immediately. They shipped out another part no questions asked and even declined to let me pay the shipping on the second part.

Awesome store with awesome employees. They were helpful over the phone & were very accommodating when i requested a crate of ammo be broken up, as i do not need the full crate at the moment. They even charged me exactly half the price of the full crate. This wasn't even listed on their website & they still went above & beyond, they are shooters helping other shooters enjoy the hobby. Truly a proud & honest business, forget Cabellas & SAIL, purchase from Marstar & support a business that cares more about our culture more than our dollar!

My brother and I have been buying from Marstar a few times over the last decade. It has always been great customer service, competitive pricing and shipping. Even with the Bren pre-order changes they have kept customers in the loop and won't take money until they can guarantee a product or make it right and offer alternatives. Amazing service.
Ordered 3 fire arms, the hand gun transfer was taking a while so I called and they ended up shipping the 2 rifles with haste. Amazing customer support.
