We recently had an excellent shopping experience at Best Buy Northland Mall in Calgary, and especially commend Amine for his exceptional assistance in helping us select the perfect router for our computer needs. His knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions were outstanding. Amine took the time to understand our specific requirements and provided clear explanations on the various options available. His professionalism and customer-focused approach made the entire shopping experience positive.

This is an update review! Almost a year gap.

This branch has amazing employees, they helped me over and over again until they resolve my computers issues. They all worked very hard to reach the customer satisfaction and even beyond that.
Last time I came the issue with my purchase that I get laptop with a different feature from what I was looking for. The manger stayed with me so do the employees after the closing time until they match what I want and even match the price as well.

I am really happy with the customer services and I appreciate it with all of my heart.

I read many of the reviews and I found people are complaining about the extended warranty.
I guess I am so lucky then, we have two laptops from best buy and I purchased the extended warranty because I have kids and what kids usually do? Break things!
For the last two years I returned the laptops many times and I bet that I fixed them more their prices!
Lately the issue with my laptop repeatedly happened and I returned it for the same problem like 4 times and last time I went I asked for replacement became this is one of the warranty rules.
I chose a new one within the same price for my previous one and left happy! The geeksquad lady did amazing job and so do everyone else.
I am satisfied with their customer service and I would recommend the warranty for people who knows that they do accident usually with their stuff.

I just came to this Best Buy to fix my laptop, and. The Yahya, who help me, fix my big headache, really appreciated him. He is really kind also. If u have issue please go find him.

Ali helped us out, knew what she was talking about, made sure we got the best deals, and was very personable.

Stopped by here to pick up a case for an iPhone 15 Pro. Turns out the case I picked up wasn’t for the 15 Pro despite the website saying it was. Matthew at the customer service desk was SUPER helpful. Was able to get me a replacement similar case in no time. Super happy with the service!

I purchased a sound bar that was recommended as a great budget option and was told there was an HDMI in port on it. Upon returning home I discovered that it in fact only had optical. I returned to the store and every sales person I had dealt with was surprised and apologetic. I was taken care of and given a sales price on a different unit that was no longer on sale. I’m very happy with the product I got and everyone on the floor was extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately some mistakes were made but they took accountability and made up for it and in todays world you can’t ask for anything more than that. Great team.

Was trying to purchase a laundry unit here that I saw online. I had to do the purchase in-store because I had multiple giftcards to use and there is a small limit online.

The bestbuy guy was having problems adding on the deals online so he asked his manager and they just ended up price matching it to the online deals. My place was also too new the shipping address was unavailable so they had to ship it to the store from the warehouse, and then have a local carrier deliver it to my house. This was at no added costs.

There was a part missing (needs to be purchased seperately) to hook up my washer/dryer unit upon delivery, but the delivery man had a spare and used it. We offered to pay him back for the part but he declined. I'm not sure if he works with best buy or is with a 3rd party company.

Overall my whole experience was wonderful from the purchase to the delivery! And I love my new laundry tower unit.

Place was spacious, had nice displays. The worker at this branch, Vincent, was very welcoming and approachable. He helped us quickly

Went in for an exchange, unfortunately it didn't work out due to stock issues but Tyler was exceptional. He was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable as well. Whatever he's being paid, it isn't enough. If you want to leave feeling heard and helped, ask for Tyler.

Myself and hubby were a bit confused about which TV to buy..and then came Mr Vincent..he was very helpful. Explained a lot and had a lot of patience with us..awesome experience..thanks Vincent..you made our day seamless. Will definitely recommend others

Purchased an open box laptop for my grandaughter & it stopped working 2 months later. We were immediately offered an exchange after it was determined an update would not fix the issue. Tyler in the computer section was very helpful & patient while helping my grandaughter pick out a replacement. Please pass on my appreciation to Tyler & also the tall young man at the repair desk October18 @ 1pm. Both young men were very respectful.

Amazing place and great friendly staff. Got a new hp laptop and a monitor from this best buy. Alex, the guy helping me was super helpful and friendly helped me set up the laptop and answered all my doubts. Was a great experience, should visit this location for hassle free experiences.

I went in to buy a laptop and they had a great selection to choose from. I needed more information and Alex was super nice incredibly knowledgeable when it came to all the tech. I was trying to sort some stuff out with my tech as well and Milad and Nick were super patient and gave me above and beyond service.

Had a great experience with an associate called Nisar Ahmed in March when I was looking for a laptop. He helped me with my purchase from start to finish and was willing to answer all my questions. Kudos to him for the help!

I came in to buy a new laptop after I spilled on mine. Asad was amazing at helping me figure out what was going to work best for me within my budget. Not only did he find me the best option, get me a bit of a discount and have it ready to go for me within an hour. I am seriously so impressed with the service I received from him and will definitely be back to this store. Thank you!

Purchases a gas range and dishwasher from the older gentleman in the appliance section. Great service, attentive, helpful, great price offered. I really thought that somewhere like Trail appliances would be better than Best Buy, but they were not in same league as this gentleman.
Items delivered on time by two polite and efficient delivery lads.
Waiting for install in a few days and hopefully this will be awesome too.
