I came to buy some mulch, the boy at the cash in flower department was very helpful to guide us across the parking lot where the actual mulch was, very helpful and kind, there are many good quality flowers left and some at half price, so if your missing any now is the time to go.

Bought an electric shovel kit! Battery was missing in the box. The department manager went to extensive lengths to get me a new battery so I didn't need to call the manufacturer! Very good customer service!! Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Unbeatable price on Tools, especially during promotion. Knowledgable and helpful staff at Tools section (rep with retro yellow glasses). Place is well located near highway, beside Smart Centre, Costco and others. Finding parking was easy. Cashiers were friendly. ☆☆☆☆☆ for receipt sent to email.

I have to give a big 10/10 to Michel who assisted myself/partner and father in our search for bathroom goods for our upcoming bathroom reno. He is so kind and a absolute pleasure to get help from!

Loic from tools and vehicles rentals, was incredible. For 2 times he went above and beyond in helping out. 2 colleagues of his as well, top notch. Honestly, we all who benefited from their help, should appreciate their contribution for the community. Through their help I did the work in my backyard by myself. Amazing for my budget.

This Home Depot had exactly what I needed, and at fair prices. The store is large and it can be difficult to find what you need, but employees were helpful in locating what I needed. Access is easy (right next to the 15 & 640), and it wasn't too busy when I went. Not a huge fan of how it's mostly self-checkout now, but there was an employee close by for assistance, which I appreciated.

This store has really impressed me every single time I visited it. The reason is simple, outstanding customer service, and it's all due to small details. I will mention a few:

1. Their lowest price guarantee is simply the best of any brick and mortar store I've ever been to. No fuzz no wait, never calling a manager to confirm, etc.

2. Simple returns, no questions asked! This is so rare nowadays where you have to explain every single detail of why you have to return a product.

3. Every employee seems happy! This is so unusual. l can only recall 1 big box store where I've seen this before. Home Depot or the management at this branch are doing a great job at motivating their employees and it shows they like what they do. They are always super helpful, offering assistance but without being pushy, they know their stuff, and they always smile, throw in a joke or simply try to start a conversation about your needs, to make you feel comfortable.

I have at least 3 other similar hardware stores that are 15 minutes closer to my house, but I'll always try to get out of my way to go to Home Depot instead. Definitely worth it.

When received my order it was defective. Desperate I returned to HD in Boisbriand was expecting to solve the problem with inexperienced stuff, young, who are there to be paid but with no eager to really solve the problem. However was pleased or lucky to cross very courteous, most important smart & willing to solve the issue, young lady Valerie, customer service. Very grateful to her, found solutions and helped. Best employee in HD Boisbriand! Yes director & the manager also very helpful. Thank you

**See update below** Recently ordered online for a pickup at this location. I just went and picked up my online order# 218969304 (THE HOME DEPOT - BOISBRIAND #7159) for a pail of birdseed and bag of birdseed. The pail of birdseed was perfect and in the condition I expected... However, I got home and discovered that the bag of birdseed I was given has a HUGE slash in the bag, which the employee(s) there had cleverly hidden by flipping it to the underside of the bag which was then placed on top of the pail of birdseed so that from a glance it looks like all is/was fine. It was suppose to be 8 lbs. bag of FRESH birdseed, but I weighed it and found it now only had 7.9 lbs., and probably lost some freshness from the bag being slashed (I don't know how long it sat in that condition at the store). I DO NOT feel like doing a return/exchange just for 8 lbs. bag of birdseed - it would cost me much more time and gas to make the trip back for return/exchange than it's worth, but I want it to be known that I am VERY disappointed and VERY UPSET that a damaged bag of birdseed was pawned off to me just because I ordered online to pick it up. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE to do this to your customers.

If you have a damaged bag (slashed/punctured like mine was), the ripped area should be taped up immediately to seal the bag and if it's still being sold As-Is, it should ONLY be sold at a STEEP DISCOUNTED PRICE - it should NOT be given to unsuspecting customers who ordered online for pickup. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF DOING THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Update: They reached out to me and rectified the issue. I would now give 5/5 stars. Thanks for correcting the issue Home Depot.

Had a great service from Tammy in the paint department. She helped my wife and i get all we need to repait our basement ourselves as it was our first time. She didnt throw all the expensive stuff on us but instead listened to what our needs were and offered us options. Thank you.

I went to go buy some paint and there was a super young lady that was of great help, her name is Steffie; Look out for her if you want paint she’s awesome!

Short visit to shop for toilets. Always clean and friendly staff.
