I give 5 stars because of Brigette! She is so sweet! // Not only did she help us out with different sizes and models of boots, but she made my son feel comfortable trying boots on and even got down in a squat to help him get them on. She was really warm and welcoming! That's EXACTLY how to leave customers wanting to come back.

Her colleague thought, a completely different story. **For Rubino to possibly talk to her I will describe her** [probably same age and Brigitte, dark brown hair in a bob, not very tall, pale-ish skin] SUPER RUDE! // We called in advance for sizes 4 and 5, then asked for them to be put them aside.When we arrived, my son tried out the boots but he actually needed a 6 so Brigette went to look for that size in the backroom. Meanwhile, her colleague started to get frustrated for no reason and say "Oh, but you didn't call for size 6, you called for 4-5" and I'm like "yeah... He tried those and they were tooo tight... There's no reason to get mad at me, I am a paying customer trying on shoes?!" To which she said nothing but continued to have an attitude.

Thank GOD for Brigitte because if I had only dealt with the other lady, I surely would have been frustrated from start to finish.

Thank you to Bridgette at the Pointe Claire store, she update on our order and delivered the boots on time , like she said she would. Thank you again Bridgette you make our teenage son happy.

Walked in the store couple weeks ago and was greeted nicely by Kendah, she in fact sold me a pair of uggs!

However, I came back this week and Brigette the new manager was unprofessional, she did not help me at all! In fact, can someone explain how a manager hired by the company doesnt speak english?? I understand It is a french country but why hire someone that is uncappable of speaking both languages, I REGRET BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 , I’m a regular costumer in this store but since Paul and the other ladies I forgot her name that they quit from there the store so bad right now, I went today to buy a new shoes for my kids the service was so bad no one helped me at all only in the beginning they show me were is the shoes after that they disappeared and only us in the store, bad management with the new manager, bad service, not helpful, usually when I visit the store I buy at least two pairs of shoes because the good service this time only one pair and I want to other store to buy the rest , i don’t that I’m gonna renew my membership anymore,so sad for that it was my favourite store but not any more.
