Leon's Furniture

I went to Leon’s yesterday for the first time. I was a little apprehensive because of previous reviews.
However, I am very satisfied with my experience. In less than 24 hours of visiting the store, I was able to select a very good Queen bed at an absolutely amazing price AND get it delivered and assembled at very reasonable rates.
I am very happy with how everything went.

Customer service was excellent, quoted 4-6 months but came in 1. I was offered free delivery and removal of the old couch. Delivery team was pleasant too! Thank you

Service was good. With extended warranty got free delivery so didn't add to much to furniture cost.

We purchased this beauty at Leon's. Brett was our sales person. We recently purchased a washing machine and have a dining room set on order. The delivery team is fantastic as well!

Leon’s is so awesome and came through with fantastic customer service. Our freezer died and with the outside deck temperature of 39 degrees Celsius, we were panicked and went Leon’s to purchase a replacement freezer. The Leon’s team not only had a freezer in stock, they were able to deliver it to our home within a few hours. I can’t say enough good things of how that team went up and beyond to help us not lose our frozen meat and food in this heat.

We keep going back for Janell, she is absolutely fabulous and I can’t recommend her enough. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is extremely accommodating, honest and straight forward. Her attention to detail is admirable. She has bent over backwards to make the sale just right for us, with no pressure. Took my elderly mother there and we had help from salesman Dale who was excellent.

I don't know where to begin this.

I came in to Leon's today (Feb 24th) with the express interest of buying a new bedroom set. I was assisted by Ryan.

I explained to Ryan what we were looking for, and told him the website said they didn't have the set I wanted set up in store, but turns out they did! Ryan showed me the exact set I found online, but I ended up finding something a LOT nicer.

Ryan put together a quote while I browsed and even helped me pick out a little chest freezer.

About 20ish minutes after we entered the store, I paid for my new bedroom set and a freezer!

I am blown away by the amazing customer service, and how well Ryan explained shortages and delivery to me.

Big thanks to Ryan and the rest of the team for being so friendly and amazing. I wasn't planning to spend over $5000.00 today, but you guys made it worth it.

I only dealt with them via telephone but was very impressed with the service & knowledge that Genaille, Fred & even Kim the receptionist had!! My friend had a very pleasant experience in dealing with the salesman at Leon's. We were also impressed with the prompt delivery time!

This is my 6th time of buying from Leon's Furniture. And I have never regretted doing so. I can vouch for the quality of their products. But to me, what I consider to be the best feature of Leon's Furniture is the customer service per excellence of the staff. They will offer you varieties of products with indepth analysis of each product. At the same time, you will be allowed to make your.choice. I will keep on patronizing Leon's Furniture.

My new picture is beautiful in my home! Leon's is so helpful. They have such lovely merchandise. I always enjoy a trip to Leon's!!

Absolutely recommend visiting the place, you have a wide variety of furniture to choose from, and as a great addition, staff is friendly and knows many things you probably didn't know about furniture.
